This is me trying to Just go to the toilet, and deciding to show exactly how hard everything is. 208 days without my prescribed medication. This is my best time of day.

I have severe ADHD and a progressive movement disorder. For 5 years I was stable and functional on Amfexa (dexamfetamine). On 31 December 2025, my NHS trust discharged me illegally — no care plan, no safeguarding, no prescription continuity.
What followed: housebound. Stair falls. Achilles surgery in May from unmanaged spasticity. My 85-year-old grandmother hospitalised from the care burden they created.

Every regulatory body contacted. NHS England. CQC. PHSO. GMC. MP. All open. No prescription.
ADHD is a neurological condition protected under the Equality Act and Human Rights Act. Removing dopaminergic medication without process isn't a clinical decision — it's a human rights violation. And it's happening to thousands.

I finally got a private psychiatrist at midnight last night as i have cleared every possible medical test being used as an excuse for not helping, after the last one which was a full cardiac checkup - which i passed, the excuse is now a waiting list again. Now the stuff is cleared hopefully the private route i can in no way afford pays off because the NHS left me no other option.
I have fought so damn hard just to be able to live, ive even had to sever my own achillies once already. The NHS are disgusting and not fit for purpose. The UK in general is a hellhole with systems designed to just delay and never really help.

This is the two-tier system. This is what ADHD inequality looks like in practice.

3 YEARS ALCOHOL FREE TODAY! 🙌🏻

We all have our own paths in life so here’s a little about mine..

I had to revive myself.

Mentally, Spiritually & Physically.

I had zero structure and used 🍺 + 💊 as a crutch to deal with my problems & personal issues in my life.

Avoiding the inevitable really.

Hurting people in the process.

A whole ripple effect of chaos always unfolded.

A vicious cycle.

To each to their own but for me personally as I’ve now sussed myself out I could never find the balance.

Thankful I saved myself from continuous hardship & can continue on this road to be a better man for my family & loved ones!

Roll on the next chapter and here’s to another 3 years ❤️‍🔥🤝

To the moon now my boy! 🚀

We had the chance to learn from Jack Dolan last week and have been sitting with it for the last week

He showed a really interesting approach to reverse closed guard. His way of controlling people through their hips. Locking them in place, limiting rotation, and creating problems you don’t really recognise at first

The leg attacks were there and they were nasty but what stood out more was the control.
The idea that if you can own someone’s hips, everything else becomes easier.

Have absolutely been trying to implement it since!

Also… first ever Jiu Jitsu seminar in Enniscorthy? You’re the first in your bloodline to see those words together

A massive thank you to @jacklawrencedolan for taking the trip down and offering his knowledge.. and executioner-ing one of my newest members xo
