-I grew up doing martial arts and got my black belt at 15.
-I have dyed my hair every color you can name.
-I love anything pickled
-Mostly Danish, Swedish and a 1/4 Japanese

Im not much one for trend participation these days , I couldn't even figure out how to post this for 5 minutes because of the new IG format.... but THIS 2016 Trend struck me as important. 2016 was the WORST year I ever lived thru. The tears I cried that year still amount to collectively more than the rest of my life combined . I didn't know it was possible for a person to be that sad. If it weren't for having a duty as a mother and the love I have for my son I truly do not know of I would have made it. He brought me thru each day. Saying all this for the purpose of kindness. You truly do not know what people are carrying. You would have never known from my online photos , or a brief passing that I was dying inside. So much so I lost 30 lbs in the matter of 5 months while everyone was telling me how GREAT I looked . I literally was so sad I couldn't eat. I was drinking heavily to numb my pain too . Im only posting this to say , please be kind , please check in on your people, try not to comment on people's bodies you never know what's behind the changes ..... but also to say If I could make it thru 2016 , I promise you can make it thru anything you may be carrying now. The world is heavy , but .... you do got this. I may have had tighter skin 10 years ago , but I wouldn't trade that youthful glow for the peace in my heart for ANYTHING in the world. Xoxo p.s. 2016 is the year I got my trusty ol Ben.... so puppy photo necessary.
