My totally subjective phenomenological-whatever description below:

There are times when the difference between European and Japanese values leaves me feeling like my own values are completely useless, and I end up questioning everything. Because of this, I’ve become less judgmental compared to before. I’ve come to believe that accepting everything positively is, at the very least, more beneficial for life.

I now see that questioning everything is a form of art and academia, and that contemporary dance is an extension of that. So, it seems to suit me. I’ve even started to envy those who can easily criticize others, wondering where their confidence comes from. It would be better if I could quickly recognize that judgment often stems from a reflection of self-love, but it takes me a few days to shake off my underlying ego. Emotions are not logical.

I’ve come to believe that morality and ethics are better understood by dogs🐕 and cats🐈, as they truly know love.

I didn't back Japan last year again on winter holidays because of covid matter, Instead of that I suffered omicron and I created those systems in the period.
At the same time, I sweared myself I won't make me feeling painful anymore. I realised I don't need this feeling anymore. I had experienced too much painful last decades - many, many, many...uncountable I was fighting myself more than 10 years and that was coming from self-denial which was potentially doing unconciously. That's enough for me and would be no meaning from now on.
However I'm really appreciate everything, decided just be myself more from this year. And I really appreciate all of my friends. Thank you.
