2. Optimum shooting hours (while they may vary as we get deeper into winter time) is from about 10 AM to 3 PM

Our media specialist come fully equipped with winter and storm gear to get your listings shot. WE will let you know if the weather is too severe for shooting. But as long as it's safe conditions…we’ll shoot! So book that appointment!
4. Which way does the home face? North, South? Let your media specialist know so we can be armed with as much information as possible to make your listing SHINE.

Did everyone catch a glimpse of the first frost?! ❄️ It feels like it’s all happening at once…homes with fireplaces are going to get a little extra attention this season. 😅 Make sure you let your media specialist know whether your listings fireplace ACTUALLY WORKS!

We will either A. Turn it on for interior photos or B. Provide Virtual Fires while editing!

TID-BIT TUESDAY! 🚁
Here’s an awesome tidbit of information from @samanthajpercente !

“In areas around airports we drone
operators are restricted to certain heights and have to ask the FAA for permission to fly! This particular location was within the MKE airspace. Getting approval by the FAA was fast and easy
and I could only fly up to 200 feet (400 normally outside airspace's). I am pretty impressed with the amount of space I was able to capture of this apartment complex!

If you’re looking for rental property photos, virtual tour or video…book with Shutter Zone Media!

Can we nerd out a bit? We freaking love what we do. No need to pick up those Walmart lamps and stick them in every corner!

As @samanthajpercente likes to say “Even in the most dungeonus of basements, our cameras soak up all of the protons in room.”
