Getting ready for ADE ... The link to the FREE Overwhelmed meditation for ADE is in the bio and I would love it if you could share it with your friends and your audience to help them handle their mental health.

It's completely free and you'll be helping someone handle the busiest week of the year for those in music... its less than 10 mins.

Another stop on the festival road this summer was @medicinefestival 🎪 with our festival stall buddy @portobella_byholly 🧡 such a joy to share the space with you and @_ash_and_thorn_ always a buzzing and beautiful stall ✨
The wizard @hollygillman showed me how to drape the ceiling drape and oof doesn’t it look delicious!
Such a pleasure creating this soft space with you! Met some wonderful souls and made some special connections, thank you for all the lovely chats and coming in to play dress up in our shop, and as always thanks for your twirls you all look amazing! 💃🕺
So much love to all the sweet peas who hung out and helped us and hydrated us in the scorchio heat of that week, had the best time with you all 🌞❤️
