After a busy week or coming home from a trip, sometimes you just need a MOMENT to reset before jumping back into your routine. 🤍

📍 @kontrabaths Carle Place, NY

One of my favorite ways to do that lately? A session at Kontra Baths! 🔥🧊

If you haven’t tried contrast therapy, it’s an experience that combines heat and cold exposure, giving you time to slow down, step away from the usual hustle, and focus on yourself for a little while. Between the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light recovery, it’s such a different way to spend an hour than scrolling on your phone or catching up on your to-do list. 😂

Here’s our favorite Kontra recipe for a full reset:

15 MIN — INFRARED SAUNA
↓
1 MIN — COLD PLUNGE
↓
15 MIN — INFRARED SAUNA
↓
1–2 MIN — COLD PLUNGE
↓
10 MIN — RED LIGHT / RECOVERY
↓
15 MIN — RELAX + COOL DOWN

⏱️ 60 minutes total

I love having something like this to look forward to when I need to recharge and make a little time for myself before another busy week. Whether you’re coming back from vacation, juggling a packed schedule, or just looking for a new wellness experience on Long Island, this is your sign to carve out an hour for YOU. 🫶🏻

Save this Kontra recipe for your next reset, and check out @kontrabaths in Carle Place if you want to try it yourself!

💗 STRONGER TOGETHER. MAKING A DIFFERENCE. 💗

Thanks to the incredible support of our communities, FS8 Garden City and F45 Carle Place proudly raised a combined $6,367.56 in support of the American Cancer Society and its efforts to raise awareness for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎀

Every donation, raffle ticket, class, and act of generosity helped make this possible. We are so grateful to everyone who showed up, gave back, and helped turn our efforts into something truly meaningful.

This is what community is all about. coming together for a cause, supporting one another, and making a difference beyond the studio!

From all of us at FS8 Garden City and F45 Carle Place, thank you for being part of something so special. We couldn’t have done it without you! 💕

Together, we’re stronger. Together, we make a difference 🎀

When I tell you I couldn’t sit down OR walk down the stairs after DC HYROX 😭 my body said, “Girl… enough. We need a RESET.”

So I took myself over to @kontrabaths for some much-needed recovery 🧖🏽‍♀️✨ First visit and definitely not my last. The staff was so kind, helpful, and informative—and my body is already thanking me.

Rested, reset, and ready to take on the week. 💪🏽🧖‍♀️
