I joined @kontrolkourse 4 week heels marathon 🥳 a beginner friendly online heels course where you can learn at your own pace.

Each week we receive new choreography with specific goals to focus on.

Here is last week’s submission. My biggest critiques for myself is balance and dancing fully through the movements. While dancing I can feel myself holding back because of uncertainty within myself. Watching footage back I can see I’m not truly dancing , I’m just trying to get through the movements. Excited to see my progress through the next few weeks.

Checkout @kontrolkourse for your heels training. Next Marathon starts in January, will you be joining?
