Sunday I somehow someway finished my 2nd half marathon 🤝🏽

I fought with the idea of pulling out of the race because of an injury to my knee. IT band syndrome is no joke bro.

But I did that shit yooo 🗣️

Sunday was a test for me. I wanted to see if I could do this and prove myself and others you can do so much more.

👉🏽 The body will do whatever the mind tells it to.

Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. If you want something, you will do whatever it takes.

The body is capable of so much more but people give up way too early.

Go for the extra rep.
Go for the extra mile.

Thanks to my support group during my training and the race 🫶🏽

Don’t forget to throw your InTheZone bands in your gym bag on your next gym day! They are lightweight, easy to carry, and are a great added approach or alternative for muscle activation, stability, and compound movements. 💪🏼 #InTheZone #BandWork

As we all are being affected by this pandemic, I truly believe that we are a stronger community when we stick together.
So let’s stay connected and show resiliency with our NEW Limited Edition Power MKE Stronger Together t-shirts and tanks. You can pre-order your t-shirt or tank for $30 starting today until April 26th.
Power MKE is proud to support Milwaukee’s firefighters who have been on the front line of caring for Milwaukee citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic, by donating $10 from the purchase of every shirt and tank to, Ignite The Spirit- Milwaukee.
Ignite The Spirit MKE is a 100% volunteer-based organization that works to support our firefighters and their families during times of need such as injury or illness.” Let's show our community what we're made of! We're not only stronger together, we're Family!

We are doing at PUSH Fitness what Power Cycle started doing, so we can show our love and support to our local small business owners here in Milwaukee. Support a locally owned, small business in the Milwaukee area (like us)! 1. Snap a photo of your receipt of your favorite small business showing a purchase equal to or greater than $25.
2. DM, text, IM or email receipt to us.
3. We will send you a $25 gift card to use at a later date (or now)!
4. Tag a friend in comments below this post and spread the word
