Nikki hereeeeeee!👸🏽

I’ve officially converted my bestie Holly into a Pilates princess, so naturally we’ve started touring the studios around her side of town🤭🧑🏽‍🩰

First stop? @houseofbalanceofficial in Chislehurst, a studio we’ve wanted to try for a while!👀

Located right in the heart of Chislehurst High Street, House of Balance is SO cute, and we were so here for the Halloween decor😍🎃 The reception area is gorgeous, with some lovely merch available to purchase, before heading through to the main reformer studio.

The studio has 8 @merrithew beds and is the perfect cosy, intimate space! There’s also a pretty bathroom at the back with everything you need for a little freshen up✨

We took the Boogie Bounce Balance class on Friday with the lovely @pilateswithkj , and this class was a VIBE! The music, the disco lighting… we were absolutely livingggg🤭🪩

We then headed back the following day for the Basic Balance reformer class with the lovely @kore.movement , and we LOVED it! And let me tell you… “Basic” should NOTTTT be underestimated because the burn and shakes were VERY much still there😮‍💨🔥

We both bought the intro pass, which included 2 classes for £35 on @mindbody , and honestly? Worth everyyyyyy penny!

If you’re in Chislehurst, Bromley or nearby, TAKE THIS AS YOUR SIGN to book House of Balance!👀🫵🏽 Grab your bestie, and get bookingggg🤎🩰

Both of our grippies are from @getsockeduk 🤎💚

The dynamic duo are back, @em_selfpilates & @kore.movement! Showing us a few of their favourite moves to really fire up your core using the ball.

Reformer Pilates is all about slow, controlled movement. It might look easy, but trust us… you’ll feel every single rep!!!

Inside a Build Balance session with @kore.movement ✨

Ready to take your Reformer practice to the next level?

Our mixed-ability Build Balance class is designed for those looking to refine their technique and form, build core strength, improve flexibility and mobility, and challenge their whole body with more dynamic movements.

Build Balance is the next step on from Basic Balance, so we recommend having prior Reformer experience before joining. It’s more challenging than Basic, but not quite as advanced as our Beyond Balance session. Making it the perfect class to continue progressing with confidence. 💛
