One of the most rewarding sounds I hear during my sound immersions isn’t actually from my instruments…

It’s the deep breaths of release, the gentle sounds of stomachs rumbling & the slow, heavy breathing as everyone begins to drift into deep rest or sleep 🧘🏽‍♀️

I often notice this during my opening meditation & intention setting, before the instruments have even begun. It’s such a beautiful reminder that people are allowing themselves to slow down, let go & simply receive.

Last night I welcomed 9 beautiful guests, including familiar faces from my very first immersion, lots of new faces & my first male participant! 🤗

There’s something so special about watching everyone melt onto the mat & under their blankets, knowing I’ve created a space for them to put the week behind them & take some much-needed time for themselves.

So grateful to everyone who continues to trust me to hold this space ✨

I have 4 spaces remaining for my next practical Sound Healing event this Sunday 🤎 If you’d love to join me, send me a DM for the details!

The gentle sound of Koshi chimes ✨🌊

Handcrafted and inspired by the four elements — Earth, Water, Air & Fire. Each Koshi chime is tuned to create soft, harmonious melodies that invite stillness, deep relaxation, and mindfulness.
Meet Koshi Aqua | The Water Element 💧

Inspired by the fluidity and calming nature of water, the Aqua chime produces soft, flowing melodies that evoke a sense of peace and emotional release.

Symbolically connected to intuition, emotional healing, and surrender, the water element reminds us to release what no longer serves us and allow our energy to flow freely.

Like water, we are meant to flow, not force 🤍

Ročno izdelani v Franciji so ti instrumenti plod dolgoletnih raziskav in predanosti rokodelski umetnosti.

Originalno in novo kolekcijo Koshi zvončkov najdeš v @monomi.si butiku.

Za umirjanje prostora in misli. 😌
