Behind the bar, @nico2soto. Around it, a night to remember. 🧡

On 5 October, we welcomed Nico, founder of KOTA, to Isola’s Rooftop terrace for a special guest shift during The World’s 50 Best Bars week in Milan. Signature cocktails, a DJ set and plenty of reasons to stay for one more ✨

Thank you Nico, KOTA team and everyone who raised a glass with us. 🍸

Maneater was created as a vegan clarified Cosmopolitan for friends and lovers at Burning Man. Something cold, bright, refreshing, and a little luxurious to drink while riding out across the Playa.

For Lady Jane, that idea grew up, put on something dangerous, and came back sparkling.

The name comes from Hall & Oates’ “Maneater,” but also inspired from a scene I’ve had a conversations with @lady.tain that happened in Dallas & that plays out at @ladyjanedenver all the time: a woman walks through the door looking absolutely stunning, commanding the room, while the man she’s meeting is dressed simply trying his best to keep up.

This drink belongs to her. 💅

Watch out boy, she'll chew you up. Introducing MANEATER by @the_sanchez 🫦

What started as a vegan riff on a classic to share with friends at Burning Man grew up, put on something dangerous, and came back sparkling.

Think Cosmopolitan transformed with lime leaf-infused Absolut Vodka, Kota Pandan, and a coconut milk clarification. She's bright and playful, but dangerous. 🍋‍🟩💃

Don’t be nervous like Mr. Green. We know there are a lot of things you’re probably not familiar with in this cocktail. You all know that this is a safer space than that mansion they were all in, and we wouldn’t do anything to harm you. That being said, this is a spirit forward drink not for the meek. Laird’s Bonded Applejack plays with Lustau Vermut Blanc, Faccia Brutto Centerbe, and Kota Pandan Liqueur. We add just a few drops of Pandan Concentrate for color and to get all the tastes together.

One of our McCLUEllan’s cocktails available now through October!
