Don’t do the lifestyle updates much but here it goes.
It’s been almost 4 months of Lombok life and it’s the closest I’ve felt to home in a long long time.
I’ve had so many friends come through, made so many new friends, taken up surfing after years of uming and aming about it.
I’ve had many shit waves, I’ve had some really good ones, I’ve fallen on my face, been crashed into, crashed onto some (sorry again). Kook forever ✌🏻
What am I still learning?
That Yoga is in everything.
When I’m out there on those shit days, coming back to the fact that I’m no one and extremely grateful for my practices cause it’s what grounds me over and over again.
The Xanadu Fam is everything and the Yoga retreats keep expanding. Met some incredible guests 🖤
I’m so grateful.
Thank you to everyone who’s been a part of this unfolding journey 🙏🏻

Taking a moment to give my full gratitude to the beautiful Island of Sri Lanka and @saltypelicanretreats & the whole team and all you humans who have made this home for one year so special.
It has been my platform to begin teaching and sharing on, allowed me to go so much deeper into my own practices, protected and supported me and giving me freedom to explore & find my personal style of teaching.
Today I am sad to leave but in the most beautiful of ways.
I’ve made some deep connections, you know who you are.
I’ve connected with so many of you students allowing us to share our energy, grow & learn together.

A special thank you to @saltypelicanretreats for trusting me, giving me full freedom to teach what felt most authentic to me and allowing me into the family.
