Follow this framework to fill the strength bucket as an athlete🪣

Explosive Power: Prioritize jumps, throws, and other fast, powerful movements.

Maximum Strength: Train with loads around 85% of your 1RM or higher.

Hypertrophy Training: Aim for 8-15 reps close to failure to stimulate muscle growth.

Movement & Coordination: Include mobility work, ISO holds, and controlled, fluid exercises.

These four elements form the core of my training and programs. I simply rinse and repeat every 4-6 weeks depending on my goals I have planned for myself.

Here are three exercises that athletes should perform.

1. RFE Split Squats:
- Also known as Bulgarian split squats, this exercise strengthens the quads, hamstrings, and glutes while improving balance and stability.

2. Split Stance Rotational Rows:
- This exercise targets the back, shoulders, and core, enhancing rotational strength and stability.

3. Pallof Drop Steps:
- A powerful anti-rotation exercise that strengthens the core and improves stability and control during dynamic movements.

These exercises will help build strength, stability, and coordination, essential for athletic performance.
