Transformation Tuesday
A post to show anything is attainable for anyone if they really want it. The photos are years apart and the point of this post isn’t to highlight the time frame this was achieved but that it has been. Physiques reflect your mind in ways and is something which can’t be bought. You have to invest time, thought and effort into yourself to make it possible. This is probably why it is valued so highly, aside from all the health benefits. I’m grateful for this mindset I have and strive to keep pushing myself in all aspects of my life.
What isn’t shown in this is the ups and downs of mindset, physique, diet and so on.
I’ve come to find that it’s the persistent resilience of knowing that you are always going to get there, is what ensures you reach your goals.

I just had the best fully body session in a long time!
I’ve been pretty dormant on this page but from yesterday I’ve started to record some content on ways I train and what I eat.
Will be uploading regularly after my holiday next week.
More to come 🫡👊🏽
Have a great day 🌞

Here is a pretty old selfie taken 2 years ago. I’ve uploaded this photo as a photo to compare to for when I reach a similar body fat % in the next coming weeks. Will be interesting to see increase in size and overall proportions over such a long time. A load of cardio and HIIT on top of my usual resistance training should reduce my body fat quite quickly. Especially when paired with a moderately low carb intake and high protein intake. I should hopefully get a photo to compare and replace this outdated selfie 😂. If I succeed I will post a before and after of the cut and how I achieved it.
