the lion’s gate portal is open, reminding us of the abundance ever present within the universe—

the lgp is an annual cosmic event that dates back to ancient Mesopotamia & ancient Egyptian times. this event occurs when the earth, sirius, and orion align within the leo constellation offering us a gateway full of potent energy.

sirius is 2x bigger and 25x brighter than our sun and is known as our spiritual sun. from july 26th - august 12th the portal is open and peaks on august 8th —

known as the 888 portal (sirius is an 8 pointed star, peaks on the 8th day of the 8th month) this is often referred to as our galactic new year and is associated with heightened energy in terms of abundance, manifestation, spiritual healing, and transformation.

all in all, it is an important time to focus on what it is you want to experience in your life while simultaneously letting go of ways of being that do not truly resonate such as false narratives of lack, division, or separation that do not promote the truth of unity or oneness.

as a reminder that our empowerment comes from our individual alignment to source energy, take what you need within this slide and recognize the truth that there is ALWAYS more. more love, more joy, more gratitude, more money, more faith, more courage, etc. through unity we can achieve all things because when one ascends, we all do.

recognize the ways in which you can help create a new earth instead of continuing the projection of outdated paradigms. everything we seek externally must first be found within—for as within so without.

move your body before your mind can convince you not to—

my mom goes on daily walks and has done this ever since before i was born. when i was younger, i didn’t understand this at all !! i used to think it was boring to just walk, but girl oh girl do i feel the benefits now.

no matter where you are in life, a walk a day can clear stress & anxiety and bring you back to the importance of prioritizing small acts of self-care daily.

hot girl walks are some of the best things i’ve seen take over social media & the added benefits of mental clarity post walk should be all the motivation you need to get up and get moving :)

my favorite thing about a good walk is that it brings you back into the present moment. i’ve always been someone who notices the sky changing & it is such a privilege to be able to witness the way it sits in a single moment.

life is not guaranteed and the simple act of witnessing it move around you through each step is a reminder that we too are ever changing.

my inability to remain surface level when witnessing the beauty of life on earth is ever present in this caption, but seriously, it doesn’t even have to be that deep. just go for a walk and let go of your current hang ups, i promise you’ll feel better when you do.

thanks mom, for instilling such a simple, but powerful action into me from inutero 🤰🏼⭐️ i vow to pass it down to those who come after me 🫶🏼✨
