🎉 Happy 5th Birthday, RCGA! 🎉 From our Presidents, past and present, congratulations on five incredible years of service and connection! From supporting a walk across Italy to end polio, to empowering Maasai girls with reusable menstrual kits... From advancing education in India and Liberia, to joining global cleanup efforts in our communities... From providing transportation for people with disabilities in New Zealand, to supporting transgender vocational education in Delhi, you’ve shown that service truly knows no borders. Most importantly, thank you for building friendships and bridges between humanitarians across the four corners of the world. 🌍 You’ve turned a vision into a movement. Here’s to growth, impact, and many more years of service and fellowship! 💙 Happy 5th Anniversary, RCGA! 💛

🌍 Root-to-Rise Goes to Morocco! My gorgeous friend @mariapoole Maria Poole is out in Morocco—looking as radiant and adventurous as ever—and showing love for my book along the way. ✨ Seeing Root-to-Rise travel with her to a land as exotic and alluring as she is makes my indie author heart so full. Maria, thank you for supporting this journey and reminding me that this is what true friendship looks like. This is the way you show love. 💛 Grab your copy at glowliving.etsy.com because you deserve to love life! Friends and readers - send me pics of you and your book or share them and tag me! 🫶 #personalgrowth #selfhelpbooks #bookstagram #booklaunch #emotionalhealing

BIG MOMENT: Book Proof Unboxing! 📦✨ I can hardly believe this moment is real… I just opened the very first proof copies of Root-to-Rise: How to Love Life, and WOW, holding this book in my hands is beyond surreal. What started as a spark in my soul is now a real, tangible book that I get to share with YOU. 😭 This journey has been filled with late nights, deep healing, personal breakthroughs, and more edits than I can count. Every very step was worth it. Seeing this book come to life is proof (literally!) that dreams become real when you stay rooted in your purpose and rise to meet the moment. To everyone who believed in this vision, supported me through the ups and downs, offered feedback, shared encouragement, or even just asked how it was going—THANK YOU. You were part of this. Whether you coached me, inspired me, designed with me, edited alongside me, or simply cheered me on from the sidelines… I felt your presence the whole way. I wrote this book to help people navigate life’s hardest transitions and reconnect to their inner power. And now, it’s one step closer to being in your hands. Please celebrate this milestone with me. Because today, I’m holding a dream made real. 💛 #RootToRiseBook #GlowLiving #BookLaunch #UnboxingJoy #AuthorLife #SelfHelpBook #thankyou

Few experiences can compare to a day sharing art with longtime friends who feel more like family. Get to the @thebroadmuseum and experience @jeffrune in person. I’ve never seen anything like it. 💯🤩🎨🖼️

Pt. Reyes you were so unequivocally dreamy. Thank you @ssparkss and @pointreyesbooks for a beautiful conversation 💙 Not pictured: bobcats, owls, elk, deer, hummingbirds, the sweet neighbor who invited me over to visit his permaculture garden and made the best vegan waffles of my life—

It takes a village to raise an amazing human and I’m so grateful for the support I’ve received. I am incredibly proud of @kai.echeverria for his leadership, scholarship and bi-literacy awards, and all he did to stay self-directed, motivated and giving to others during a difficult high school experience that started with sheltering in place. Feeling love and loved! 🙏❤️👨‍🎓
