Maine States FPO champ 🦞

Thank you to the Sayer family for offering your home to us and giving us an incredible week! Shoutout to Miles for also getting his W, what a showing!

I gotta also give love to @discraftdiscgolf for providing me with the best molds, especially the Heat! It was my work horse in the woods.

I’m happy to leave with lasting memories.

During the week of Worlds, I got to meet Karen Martel!
She was such an incredible camp neighbor-your heart, positivity, and an inspiring spirit during those long days of competing truly stood out. Even when things didn’t go as planned.
It was so exciting to gift her the classic checkers girlfriend bag, and I was genuinely thrilled when she surprised me with her signature Disc. Honestly, it was the coolest moment and such a huge honor. Most people might hang a Disc like that on the wall, I couldn’t wait to use it.
I finally played a round with it yesterday and had my best game yet!!

Thank you for being such an inspiration!

T-35 at Worlds!
It was a tough week out there and I wasn’t very happy with my play but I squeaked into the cut and also squeaked into cash!
I lost my main driver during practice and I am not throwing my other drivers well so I struggled on some of the longer holes 😩
Other than that, I had a wonderful week with friends and enjoyed the beautiful courses we played.
Chris and I are now in Kentucky practicing for Idlewild!! 😍

Playing an incredible game of HORSE with friends Saturday evening was so much fun! This was the winning pool death putt 🔥

As for the tournament in Quebec City, I played decently well! I gave myself a lot of opportunities on Saturday, but the putt just wasn’t dropping. Sunday was a different story — my putting saved me a ton of strokes, going 3 for 5 from C2!

Finished 4th place and happy with the way I battled back!

Huge congratulations to Ludovic Asselin, who is really proving himself to be a force to be reckoned with in the future! Definitely one to watch!

Also a huge congratulations for Karen Martel for a 973 rated second round to come back and win in FPO! Our putting game definitely helped!

BRO — Brewster Ridge Open!

First A-tier of the year, first Q-Series, and my first time “cashing” in the States 🇺🇸

I got to head down to Vermont this past weekend and play two of the nicest courses I’ve ever seen! Fox Run was a huge course with lots of OB, but it was so stunning to look at. Brewster Ridge was beautiful in a different way — seeing all the different lines through the woods was amazing.

I was really nervous going into round one and started with a bogey, but I settled down and had a good stretch of pars. I was able to par some of the hardest holes in my opinion (2, 7, 17, 18).

Round 2 I started with a birdie and was able to get three more during the round. My favourite was hole 17 — a perfect drive with my Expanse, an almost throw-in upshot with my Glow Pathfinder, and a 10 foot comeback putt.

I was really happy with how I played and was able to move up to the chase card for the final round!

Round 3 was at Fox Run, which was definitely the harder course with all the OB. I threw some great shots, had a ton of fun, and learned a lot.

I can’t wait to go back and play there again someday!
