My absolutely amazing daughter, Kyrsten, received a daisy award in her first year as a registered nurse! For those of you that are not familiar (I wasn’t), the Daisy award is an international award that is one of the most prestigious awards a nurse can receive. It is given out through a nomination process for nurses who show an exceptional level of compassion and make a lasting impact on their patients lives. We are so proud of our girl and know she is going to continue to be a reflection of God’s love every day!

Thank you football! football has taught me so many things through the many years I’ve played. I was blessed by God to have 15 healthy years of Football and I didn’t know that my senior season would’ve been cut short by a knee injury. but I wouldn’t trade anything that has happened over my career because I know God has a plan! Thank you Lord Jesus for allowing me to play football and thank you to all that have been with me for the journey, to my wife for being by my side, my coaches for teaching me the game, my parents for taking me to and from practice and paying for all the things, and to all of my teammates and best friends that I’ve met over the years! Football has truly been a blessing in my life and I am truly excited to step into this next chapter!! #44 out💯
