POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Before December pulls you in twelve directions, come and put it all down for an afternoon.

@krystle.bragg and I created The Calm Before Christmas as a place to land before the season gathers pace. We’ll begin with meditation, move into yin yoga, then guide you through a conscious, connected breathwork session, with time afterwards to reflect and let it all settle.

Four hours to move, breathe, feel and come back to yourself.

You don’t need to know what you’ll feel or what you’ll take away. Just come as you are, and we’ll guide you through it.

Sunday 22 November, 1 to 5 pm
Long Reef Surf Club, Collaroy

Our last event sold out in two days, and we keep the room limited to 28 spots, so if this one’s calling you, book via the link in bio.

You don’t have to hold everything together here.

The Great Exhale is a 3.5-hour experience for men carrying pressure from work, family, finances, responsibility, grief, uncertainty or significant change.

It is also for men who simply need a few hours where nothing is being asked of them.

You won’t be expected to share your story, talk about everything or perform vulnerability.

@krystle.bragg and Sophie Bennett will guide you through meditation, 60 minutes of yin yoga, a 30-minute pause, 90 minutes of transformational breathwork and integration.

Individual headsets and eye masks give you the privacy to stay focused on your own experience without worrying about anyone around you.

No previous experience with meditation, yoga or breathwork is required.

No performance. No forced sharing. No need to explain yourself.

Just a few hours to put everything down and breathe.

Sunday, 8 November 2026 1.30 to 5PM

I’ve been a little quiet over the past couple of months.

I’ve spent a lot of that time refining the work I do and thinking carefully about the kinds of experiences I want to create. Experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.

A little while ago, Krystle and I facilitated a day together, combining yin yoga with transformational breathwork.

The feedback was incredibly clear. People spoke about how the yin helped them soften before the breathwork, how much safer they felt in their body, and how much easier it was to let go when their body and mind had time to settle first.

So we decided to create something together.

The Great Exhale brings together meditation, yin yoga, transformational breathwork and psychology-informed integration in one carefully designed four-hour experience.

Most of us know what it feels like to carry a busy mind.

Far fewer of us know what it feels like to slow down enough to really listen to our body.

That’s what this experience is about.

No experience is needed. Just four hours to step away from the noise and give yourself the time and space we so rarely allow ourselves.

After months of creating this together, we’d love to share it with you.

The last four to five months have been huge.

Breathwork sessions, workshops, corporate programs, 1:1 work, new partnerships, beautiful conversations, study, exams, desk days, doubt, growth, and a lot happening quietly behind the scenes.

I love this work.

I love supporting people as they soften, shift, release, grow, heal, let go and come back to themselves.

Building something can feel lonely, imposter syndrome can be overwhelming, and at other times it feels so full of love, support and meaning that I have to stop and take it all in.

More than anything, I feel grateful.

To every person who has trusted me, worked with me, supported me, challenged me, guided me, or simply cheered me on.

Thank you for being part of the journey.

The next five weeks are big, and the next six months feel even bigger.

I am so excited for what is to come. ✨💙

🌹❤️‍🔥🌹
I am here for ℒℴ𝓋ℯ.
I am here for 𝒷ℯ𝒶𝓊𝓉𝓎.
I am here for 𝒥ℴ𝓎.

I am here for the feminine heart…
the wild, tender rhythm of her feeling,
the way she moves,
the way she flows,
the way she expresses the truth of her being.

I am here to honour the 𝒷ℯ𝒶𝓊𝓉𝓎 𝓌𝒶𝓎…
where devotion, grace, flowers, dance & pure presence become living prayer.
Where something within us begins to soften…
to open…
to 𝒷𝓁ℴℴ𝓂.

This is how I love to co-create:

💃🏽 Facilitating dance journeys
❤️‍🔥 Holding ritual + ceremony
🌹 Sacred Support - Curating spaces where women feel safe to feel, move & remember
📸 Capturing the essence through my lens ~ moments of magic woven into story so that the beauty may live on

If you feel the call to co-create a field together…
where women soften,
beauty is honoured,
the body remembers,
and the sacred is truly seen;
I would love to dream in some magic with you. 🌹

Woven with devotion,
held with grace…

This is a remembering.
This is the return to the 𝒻ℯ𝓂𝒾𝓃𝒾𝓃ℯ 𝒽ℯ𝒶𝓇𝓉.

•••

Honouring all of the beautiful women woven through this reel ~
thank you for allowing me to witness, capture & co-create such profound beauty with you all. Xxx 🌹

Amazing food created by Ash at a recent Yoga and Wellness Retreat. Wish I could have taken her home with me to eat like this every day!

Russ & Sash are down in Melbourne this weekend at the Aus X Open Supercross so I had a lovely weekend to myself planned.
Unfortunately most of my plans included nice weather and the rain has returned so flashback to the Yoga Retreat I went on a couple of weeks back and try to come up with a Plan B 🤔
(although F1 is on & the new Senna Doco is out on Netflix so I think I'm sorted 😜)
