75 Hard — Complete ✅

I officially finished 75 Hard as of Friday. Life’s been busy, so I haven’t posted much since the end of Week 5, but I stayed locked in — sticking to my diet, prayer, and workouts all the way through.

Along the way, @ksmlaticfit and I had to modify parts of 75 Hard to make it something we could actually sustain long term. The goal wasn’t just to “survive” 75 days — it was to build habits we can keep. We’re both continuing our diet, prayer, and training well beyond the challenge.

This was one of the toughest things I’ve done, and it changed me in every way:
• Spiritually — prayer and Bible reading became my anchor and helped me stay grounded, especially on hard days.
• Mentally — showing up daily, even when life was heavy or chaotic, built discipline and resilience.
• Physically — I feel stronger, healthier, and more capable than I have in a long time.

For anyone thinking about doing 75 Hard: tailor it so you can stay consistent after the 75 days are over. If it’s too extreme, the habits usually disappear once it ends. For me, the main pillars were diet, prayer, and exercise. Find your pillars, make it challenging, and commit fully.

I’m incredibly proud of @ksmlaticfit for starting this idea and seeing it through. Grateful we did this together, and excited to keep building on these habits — next goal might be a HYROX 👀💪

Day 20 & 21 recap: I’ve decided to start posting weekly recaps instead of daily updates so I can focus more on the mindset, diet, and workouts — the parts that really show progress and growth.

These past couple of days have been a mix of chaos and consistency. Life’s been busy, and some days it feels like everything’s pulling you in a hundred directions. But even when it’s tough, we’ve still been getting every 75 Hard task done — no shortcuts, no excuses.

On the calmer days, it feels almost second nature — the clean eating, the workouts, the structure. It’s proof that the habits are setting in and discipline is starting to take over.

Doing this with @ksmlaticfit has made it a lot better — from finding fun healthy meals to make, to just having someone to go through the challenge with. Makes the grind feel a little lighter and a lot more rewarding.

If you’re locking in on your own goals, gear up with BearStrengthGear.com 🐻💪

Day 1 Recap: Started the morning with 2 eggs on whole grain bread and a protein shake, then knocked out chest + arms for about an hour after breakfast and work. Stayed locked in on meals—2 rounds of beef & rice with low-cal buffalo sauce. Finished the day with over a gallon of water, a 50-minute walk with the dog for workout #2, and ended the night reading through the Bible.

One day down, 74 to go 👊🔥 Staying disciplined, consistent, and focused. @ksmlaticfit killed day one as well😎

Haven’t posted since February, but I’m back and ready to go. The past few months have been a mix of lifting when I could, camping, celebrating friends’ weddings, football games, clean meals, and time with my girl. I also got knocked down being sick for almost 2 months—but now I’m healthy, locked in, and ready to get back to business.

Starting tomorrow, my girlfriend and I are kicking off 75 Hard together. For the next 75 days, I’ll be posting progress pics, workouts, and breakdowns of the journey—the wins, the struggles, and everything in between.

Time to get consistent, stay disciplined, and push past limits. Day 1 starts tomorrow 👊🔥 Let’s get it😤
