What does it take to create a space that will shape the next generation?

For AMY at James Martin, it started with a shared vision — and the right people around the table.

Maria Sourbeer, EVP at Mosaic Development Partners, shares what it meant to help bring this 87,000 SF middle school to life for nearly 500 Philadelphia students.

Mosaic and Daniel J. Keating, together with the School District of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development (PAID) are proud to have worked alongside local community leaders, Torrado Construction, KSS Architects, Moody Nolan Architects, Pritzker Law, and Studio Sustena, among others, to turn that vision into a place students can learn, grow, and thrive.

The best part about this project is knowing that the work doesn’t end with the ribbon cutting. Kids and families from all over will walk into this space, play beneath these walls, create memories here, and experience something we all had a hand in bringing to life.

Grateful to everyone at Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Philadelphia Region who trusted me with this space, to everyone who helped bring the vision to life, and to everyone who came out to celebrate its completion.

The paint is finished, but the life of the space is just beginning. ❤️

Latest look at Museum Parc from above. 🏙️🏗️

The two buildings that will bring 250 mixed-income apartments, including 50 affordable units (45 at 50% AMI and 5 at 30% AMI), are well under construction along Central Ave between Washington and University. The project also includes a new contemporary gallery for the Newark Museum of Art plus retail space. Expected completion is early 2027.

@pennengineering’s Amy Gutmann Hall received a @woodworksusa Wood in Architecture Award and was recently recognized at the @aianational Conference on Architecture & Design.

As @uofpenn’s new home for data science and AI, Amy Gutmann Hall is a model for sustainable, biophilic design. At six stories and 116,000 square feet, the building is the tallest mass timber academic facility on the East Coast.

Designed in collaboration with @kssarchitects, the building connects students and researchers working in highly digital environments to the natural world through abundant daylight, expansive views, and sensory stimuli that encourage collaboration and comfort.

Its innovative mass timber structure significantly reduces embodied carbon while reinforcing the building’s identity as a beacon of innovation. A high-performance envelope reduces energy consumption by nearly 20%, low-flow plumbing fixtures reduce indoor water usage by 33%, and more than 77% of regularly occupied spaces offer views to nature.

Amy Gutmann Hall also reimagines the future of data science education, pairing flexible research neighborhoods with shared collaboration spaces that foster interdisciplinary exchange and community.

Still not over this runway moment. ✨👗

Throwing it back to the incredible IIDA Fashion Meets Finish 2026 show. 👗🎨

Proud to have represented BAM Associates alongside our amazing partner, Stylex, as sponsors of the RLPS team’s creative design. It was inspiring to see how materials, finishes, fashion, and storytelling came together on the runway to showcase the talent and innovation that make our industry so unique.

A huge congratulations to the RLPS team and everyone involved in bringing this event to life. Events like these remind us that great design knows no boundaries. ✨
