My client Sara (great name!) had experience with other plans that had her feeling guilt around food. She wanted to learn how to fuel her body, set that example for her kids and le what she saw in the mirror again. One year since joining our Metabolic Priming Method, and continuing through our Acceleration program, she has hit her goal weight feels stronger and more confident in the gym, and has the skills to keep it off. True change takes time, and by committing to the process for this length of time, she feels ready to graduate, and I'm so proud of her! Here's what we did: ✅ Educated around nutrition and habits around food. ✅ Designed a workout routine she enjoyed and that allowed her to see progress instead of spinning her wheels. Monitored form to keep her safe. ✅ Transitioned into a fat loss phase that still allowed her to eat her favorite foods, including birthday cake and restaurants. ✅Provided weekly feedback to make sure we addressed stress and other life events as they were happening so that she didn't fall off when life was busy. Let's give it up for Sara!👏🏻👏🏻 Ready for your own transformation? Comment or DM READY!

The expert was once a beginner. If something scares you, do it. If you can’t do something, work at it. Stop comparing your day 1, 10 or 100 to someone else’s day 500 or 10,000. Keep your head down and continue putting in the work. IT PAYS OFF. #thepowerhousementality #athlete #chasingtheunbelieveable
