POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
5 years ago today I landed (with my cat) at Heathrow to make a life in London. I didn’t know what to expect but my best friend @lexyapostolou told me I needed to make friends. I thought “new friends at my age?” 😂. 5 years later, I may be in debt from the immigration process, but I’m rich with friends, opportunities, and good stories. Happy Anniversary to the girl who made a very detailed pros and cons list before making the brave move across the pond ❤️

One post can’t capture anything close to what this last 2 years has meant to me. A show I love and have now performed over 1500 times, in the West End, with the greatest people alive. This is just a snapshot of the happiest time I’ve had in my life and some of the fun roles I was able to cover x

N I N E
.
When I first read Nine, I remember thinking, “What on earth is going on?” I had to read it several times before I even began to get my head around it. It’s a complex, strange, beautiful piece that sits somewhere between memory, fantasy, film and reality, and that’s exactly what drew me to it.
From the start, I wanted to lean into the Fellini-inspired dreamscape of the show and tell the story through imagery, movement and atmosphere as much as through the script itself. I wanted to stay true to the spirit of the piece whilst creating something that felt unique to our company.
The biggest joy throughout this entire process has been the students. They have thrown themselves into every idea and every risk I asked them to take with incredible commitment, trust and enthusiasm. Watching them bring this world to life has been a privilege, and I honestly couldn’t be prouder of them. They have worked unbelievably hard and have created something really special.
A huge thank you also to Katie, Mason, Ellie, Jon, Scott, Emma, George, Dan, Jason, Katie, Sophie and Rose. Theatre is always a team effort, and this production simply would not have happened without their support, patience , creativity and hard work.
Nine is not your conventional musical. It exists in a space between fantasy, dreams, film and reality, and that unique blend is what makes it such a fascinating and rewarding piece to bring to the stage.
More than anything, I’ll remember the people. This show has been exciting, rewarding and completely unforgettable. Working with this company on Nine has been an absolute joy, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring it to life.
