Two classes. Under a minute. ❤️

This morning was one of those moments that reminds me just how extremely GRATEFUL I am for this Lifetime family.

I get to share this journey with some of the greatest people in my life, and the lives that have been changed, the progress I’ve witnessed, and the confidence and strength I’ve seen people build have impacted my life in more ways than one.

With my new job, my schedule is changing a little, and I’ll be stepping away from my Wednesday & Thursday classes — but I’m NOT leaving Lifetime! I’ll still be here for Saturday Alpha Conditioning at 10:30 AM. 💪🏼🔥

So very grateful for the friendships, the memories, the sweat, the laughs, and most of all, the people who make this place so special.

This isn’t goodbye… it’s simply a change in the schedule. ❤️ See you Saturday!

Are you ready to level up your training?

Ultra Fit is a sprint interval training class, paired with full body functional movements targeted to test you balance, mind and mobility.

This advanced small group class will push against your invisible barriers and help you unlock that next level in your athletic training.

Come hang out with me, Coach Mandy, Sundays at 7am and Fridays at 9:30am. See you in class!

Nothing better than watching athletes show up before sunrise with purpose. Proud of everyone who came out at 5 AM to put in hard work while honoring the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice. We remember. We work. We honor. 🇺🇸 Nice job today athletes.

Built in the environment.
Driven by the energy.
Pushed by the people around you.

This is where strength is earned…
and conditioning is tested.

This is Life Time Fitness. This is what we do. 💪

Still smiling from this whole birthday weekend + my actual birthday on March 23rd 🥹💖

From the celebrations starting over the weekend, to coaching THREE classes on my birthday (and feeling ALL the love in every single one), I just feel so incredibly grateful.

To everyone who came to class, sent a message, wrote me a card, showed up to the surprise party that Alex and EJ planned so beautifully… thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made me feel so loved, seen, and celebrated in ways I’ll never forget.

To my babies, my family, my friends, my Life Time members, and my amazing co-workers… you are everything to me. You are the reason I do what I do, and the reason my heart feels so full.

This birthday wasn’t just about turning 40… it was about feeling surrounded by love, community, and purpose. And wow… I felt ALL of it.

Thank you for making me feel so special. I love you all so much 🤍✨

Cheers to this new chapter… let’s keep growing, sweating, laughing, and doing life together 💪✨
