The KT Speed Lab The understanding and technique to becoming a true athlete! KT Training is built on real experience at a high level. Led by a former D1 starting running back and Indiana All-Star basketball player, Kenny Tracy brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to compete, move, and perform at a high level. The 4-week program includes one focused session per week, with each week building toward becoming a faster, sharper, and more explosive athlete. Week 1 - Speed & Acceleration Build first-step quickness, acceleration, running mechanics, and explosiveness. Week 2 - Agility & Change of Direction Improve footwork, lateral quickness, balance, body control, and change of direction. Week 3 - Reaction & Explosiveness Develop reaction time, coordination, quickness, and the ability to explode on demand. Week 4 - Game Speed Performance Put it all together with challenging drills designed to help you move faster, react quicker, and perform with confidence. You can commit to the full 4 weeks and experience the progression, or drop in for individual sessions whenever you want to work on a specific area. KT Training is about more than putting athletes through drills. Every session should teach why they’re doing the movement and how it translates to their sport or everyday life. This 4 week speed & agility session will run on Thursday nights from 9/24-10/15 (9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15). There will be 2 45 minute classes each of the dates. One will start at 5:30pm and the other at 6:15pm. Drop in to whichever one best goes with your schedule. This is for athletes of all sports or anyone looking to just get better with their physical activity. Age range is 9+. Each session runs for $30 or you can pay for all 4 up front for $100 ($20 in savings). Reach out to jorona@nooksports.com with any questions. Register with the link in our bio!

We want to give a big thank you to Kenny Tracy, owner of KT Training, for putting on an awesome clinic for our athletes last night! What better way to learn about football training than with someone who’s played at an elite level. This is invaluable experience for the kids and we look forward to doing work together in the future. Stay tuned for what’s next! 🏈🏈
