It’s been great to be back out in the field meeting lots of hair pros across the UK creating content collaboratively to post on @lorealpro_education_uki and @lorealpro socials.

Why I love it?
I’m a hairdresser too. (In case you didn’t know hahah) and It’s great to spend time with other hairdressers, but also to create real, relatable content right from the beating heart of L’Oréal Professionnel - The Pros and the salons.

The content that comes from the salons, hits bigger views, better engagement and real interactions - and it’s easy to see why. Real content, achievable transformations and the pro community. It’s so nice to see the engagement and celebration when we share the work of these amazing artists.

I recently had Nina in my chair, she’d been colouring her hair at home, so this was my moment to show her what professional colour can really do. I wanted to create a shade that complimented her skin tone and delivered that ultra glossy, multidimensional finish.

Root: Dia Color 4,62 + 9vol
Mid-lengths & Ends:
- Dia Color 4,62 + 15vol
- Dia Light 20g Clear + 20g Violet Booster + 9vol

✨Step-by-step✨
1️⃣ Applied the root colour all over with Dia Color 4,62 + 9vol to add depth
2️⃣ Alternated the mid-length and end formulas to create tonal dimension
3️⃣ Processed for 20 minutes

From scalp bleach ➝ balayage for my lovely Laura 🩷

When I first met Laura nine years ago, I actually put her on a bleach ban 🙊 We high-lift tinted for a while until her hair was strong enough to scalp bleach again… and since then, we’ve been through every vivid colour you can imagine.

Laura’s the kind of client who usually sits in my chair and says, “Do whatever you want” (dream, right?!). But this time, we both agreed it was time to move her into something a little more low maintenance.

Technique wise ➝ I worked in super fine slices, leaving hair in between to later lowlight, and went back to back around her hairline for that bold face frame ✨

Wish I’d filmed the whole process, but this is all I got! Kinda making me want some pink back in my own hair soon… 🩷 #pinkhair #pink
