POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Fall is here 🍂 The trees have turned orange and yellow, the air is crisp, and giving us a good excuse to slow down to enjoy the cozy season.

Come spend an afternoon at Flavours of Hope Cafe on Granville Island. Five immigrant women-owned and Black-owned food businesses share one community space and one collective menu here. Each business brings recipes and stories from its own culture.

In one visit, you can try Mexican sopa de lima from @sabor_a_yucatan, Chilean empanadas from @ruka.cocina, plant-based Afro Caribbean dishes, spice blends and sauces from @kulafoods, Jamaican patties from @elbo_patties and Indian-inspired sweet and savoury pastries from @elaichipatisserie.

Come for the food, stay for the stories. Find us in the Public Market at 1689 Johnston Street, across from JJ Bean, open daily Monday to Sunday from 9am to 6pm.

We hope to see you soon. 🧡

Having a blast at CHFA East in Toronto! 💛✨

The best part of a trade show? The friendships, the connections, and the fellow founders who understand just how much heart goes into building a dream.

Sharing laughs with these two lovely ladies, Venessa Stonehouse from @beemindful_hunnie and Asha Wheeldon from @kulafoods. These moments fill my cup! 🫶

Here’s to cheering each other on, growing together, and spreading the love! 💛

Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma is fucking brilliant, I LOVED the film so much, but this scene took me out. I felt so deflated by what could have been a sexy as fuck scene which advertises KFC! So here are some options to some cruelty free plant based options which I purchased at @vegansupplychinatown - but also available in most supermarkets. If you want to really be sexy! GO VEGAN! Don’t exploit animals in movies! Keep the horror off your plate! #govegan #freepalestine🇵🇸 #animalrights #campmiasma #diplingsauce
