🪷🕊️🙏🏻Teaching this Monday November 24 at 7 PM at Kundalini LA.
Our theme is the Healing Power of the Heart.

In this class we will explore how the heart center holds our deepest intuition, compassion, and inner strength. Through Kundalini Yoga, gentle meditation, and the vibrations of the gong, we’ll soften the protective layers around the heart and open the space where healing naturally begins.

Movement clears blocked energy.
Breath reconnects us to truth.
The gong restores harmony and brings the nervous system into deep rest.

Join me for an evening of grounding, release, and heart-centered expansion. I would love to see you there. 🤍
