A little BTS from my camera build out.

Big thank you to @kuomatthew for letting me use his lights and helping bring this one to life. 🙌

Always learning, creating, and building.

👓: Shooting at the Hollywood Bowl is different. No traditional photo pit, escort needed to move around and MANY stairs to climb to achieve beauty shots and high angles. Bring your long lens and prepare for a workout, 1:10 never felt so quick.

Thanks for having me @cannonstheband team, you were great as usual!

Our man Matt Kuo @kuomatthew is in the house! We first met Matt through his work with mxmtoon, when he was touring on bass and reached out to say hello.

Matt is currently on tour as a playback engineer with Cannons, and as luck would have it, they had a gig just up the road from our shop at Dune Penninsula here in Tacoma.

Matt was interested in checking out our 70s SR bass pickups, and we were thrilled that he had the time to stop by and talk shop. Thanks Matt!

Human Music in 2025
(Part 2 - happy new year ☺️)

In a world of endless screens and AI, I’m more grateful than ever for live music. Humans getting together to share songs and tell stories, making mistakes and sharing human moments.

I’m grateful that venues of all kinds host musicians, grateful that artists show up and perform, and as an artist myself I’m grateful that people show up to support artists and see live music. And I’m grateful to be in LA where I get to share stages and see friends and heroes perform all the time.

So here are a few of the many live music and fun musical moments from the year ❤️ here’s to many more in 2026!

P.S. if you ask me for recommendations of artists to check out, I’d probably send you this list

ONE YEAR OF LIMINAL SPACE! words can’t express my gratitude for this album and how proud i continue to be of it day after day. it was very scary to make something that was so deeply personal to what was happening in my life at the time, but my gratitude for what this project has provided me is endless. liminal space held my hand in the darkest moments of my life and i cannot be more thankful that i got to make it.

thank you to anyone that loves this album!! that gave my music a chance and has stuck with me through the different eras of writing and landscapes i’ve ventured through! liminal space took me all around the world and getting to hear how these lyrics made it to all of you continues to make my head spin. excited for whatever is next ❤️
