Australia, it was lovely to be back 🇦🇺✨

Really grateful for the time spent with @attic_projects , Scorched Earth at @brisbanefestival , and @carriageworks in Sydney. So much good work, generous people, nature and inspiration along the way.

Part 2 of ‘Best coffee spots in Australia’ by @russelltouyz , still insisting this is all ‘work’ 😏

This time it’s @kwilacoffee in Surry Hills ☕ Turns out their espresso blend Cornerstone has the best backstory in Aussie coffee💚

Save this for your next coffee run 📌

During October, we are running @sana_programs Give-Back Campaign. Kwila Coffee joined the campaign and will support by donating 20% per bag sold of their ‘Cornerstone’ and ‘La Selva’ coffees ☕️.

Go and buy this coffee. It’s a win-win—you enjoy some delicious coffee while supporting the mental health and well-being of women coffee farmers in Colombia 🇨🇴.

☕💙 Our October Give-Back Campaign is here!
This month, 9 coffee roasters in 4 countries are joining us to close an invisible gap: access to mental health support for women coffee farmers in Colombia.
A huge THANK YOU to our partners for believing in this work:
🇩🇪 Vote Coffee
🇺🇸 Big Shoulders Coffee
🇺🇸 Little Waves Coffee Roasters
🇺🇸 Estellar Coffee
🇺🇸 Goodman Coffee Roasters
🇦🇹 Kaffeefabrik
🇦🇺 Kwila Coffee
🇺🇸 Sightseer Coffee Roasters
🇺🇸 Swelter Coffee

Here’s how you can help 👉 swipe through, find a roaster near you (or one that ships to you), and buy the participating coffee or drink this October. Every purchase sends part of the sale to SANA’s mental health programs.

Can’t buy this month? Share this post with a coffee lover. That helps too 💌
Starting on International Coffee Day (Oct 1) and running through World Mental Health Day (Oct 10) and the rest of the month. Because access to mental health care shouldn’t depend on where you live.

pov: you and your cousin start a little community called @yumi_bung and got to host a block party in Redfern to celebrate PNG's Independence Day.

A huge thank you to our wantoks Mel na Vic at @kwilacoffee and Daz at @revolve.gallery, for letting us crash the space.

The Northern Rivers Learning Exchange is starting tomorrow … so we are posting some ways for you to get involved over the next two weeks and meet our participants who are here to learn and share about food systems sovereignty, regenerative ag, regenerative hosting and the amazing things they’re already doing or plan to do in these spaces.

Every ticket you buy or event you come to helps support us to run these exchanges, and they wouldn’t be the same without the incredible local support we receive each time 💚
