A huge THANK YOU to all of our volunteers!

From our referees to our spotters and loaders, you are the backbone of our meets. Your dedication, hard work, and willingness to give your time are what make these events possible.

This weekend, our volunteers worked through TWO full sessions in a very hot gym! Whether you were judging lifts, loading plates, spotting athletes, running equipment, or helping behind the scenes, your efforts did not go unnoticed.

While the athletes may be the ones stepping onto the platform, it takes an incredible team of volunteers to make the magic happen. We are beyond grateful for your commitment to the sport and for everything you do for our lifters and our community.

Thank you for showing up, working hard, and being such an important part of the Powerbelly family. We couldn't do this without you! 🦛❤️

Strength looks different on everyone. We asked some of the women in our gym community to embody their alter egos — and they showed up as warriors, creators, guardians, and forces of nature.

Thank you @raneka.pt for coordinating this magical session. 🥹💕

Will we ever stop with the thank yous? Absolutely not. It takes a team to pull this level of a meet off and frankly it couldn't have happened without this group of folks. They kept every athlete safe, motivated, and encouraged. We 1000% could not have done it without them.

Folks not pictured @toplesslee. Thank you for helping with squats after you competed the night before. Your willingness to help us whenever we ask never goes unnoticed.
@arshes.nei_havok I don't even have the words to express how thankful I am for you. Between helping with meetings, set up, working the table and helping tear down without me even having to ask. ♥️
@rygonsann thank you for hopping at the last minute since my body just physically can't handle spotting! Your energy was phenomenal on the platform and I know every athlete loved it!

We also want to thank ALL the fellas over at the @lansingrugby team who came and helped set up. We definitely couldn't have finished as soon as we did without your help!
@lansingsports WHERE DO WE EVEN BEGIN! You guys killed it! The signage, the badges, ALL of it. You truly helped bring our vision to life! And Miranda. You are a gem! If you can bottle some of that energy for me that would be great.

That's it for now. Let's run it back next year!
P.S. if I didn't tag you, just tag yourself. Lol

Reflecting on random moments that have brought me so much joy in this sport over the years. And there’s so many more not even pictured. So many friends I’ve made along the way, experiences had, places explored, lessons learned - and crazy, but a business created! This sport has given me more than I could ever ask for. And for that I’m grateful!

This morning was awesome 🌴
11 miles with some surges throughout. I got out early so it was cooler and more quiet. And today completed my first 30 mile week in a long time!
Random Life Thoughts 💭
There’s a lot of wonderful tips and advice being shared about movement/running. My thoughts on it: let it be what Y O U need it to be.
For some, nothing has changed.
For some, it’s more.
And others, it’s less.
It’s important to not force, and go with what feels right at the moment.

One day at a time, friends 💛
