40. 🤍 I just wept happy tears this morning as I paused and thought about all I’ve had the privilege of experiencing… the people God has placed in my life, the lessons He’s taught me, the doors He’s opened, the ones He’s closed, and even the seasons I didn’t understand until much later. I’ve learned that my life isn’t measured by how much I accomplish, but by how deeply I love, how faithfully I show up, and how many lives I get the privilege of being connected to along the way. And when I look around at my life, I feel incredibly, overwhelminglyyyyyy blessed… like God why me. Why are you this good to ME? To my family, my friends, the people who have prayed for me, encouraged me, laughed with me, cried with me, believed in me, challenged me, celebrated me, and loved me through every version of myself…thank you. You are some of the greatest gifts God has ever given me! My heart is full. Thank you Jesus for another year🫶🏽☀️

AR(t)CHIVES: NAC IN RETROSPECT BY @ra_sonder Ra’s performance in ACT III of Not Another Conspiracy was without a doubt a striking and memorable moment of the 2023 live shows. From the haunting costume to the gravity of the spoken word, Ra stood in the gap between personal and cultural “mourning” and “morning” - between the shadows of death and barrenness and the dawn of reformation and rebirth. We recently asked Ra to share how participating in NAC impacted creativity and life beyond the show. Scroll through to hear what Ra had to say ✨🕊️🫂🫶 • • • “NAC has proven to me that people can change the world when they are placed hand in hand sharing thoughts and dreams and all the special things darkness wants to erase… We will not let darkness succeed. We will not be silenced, we will raise our voices to the highest of heavens and…shine light on all shadows that remain.” • • • Performer @ra_sonder Costume Design @les._.avalos Producer @kalliefoltzbahorich Photographers @badshooting @kylebuthod @trustinvisionaries @natashabermuda #houstonart #performance #design #poetry #community

Last we saw you, the year was 2023, and we had just wrapped on 2 incredible sold-out shows in the iconic X-Atrium of @posthtx. If you were there with us, then you won’t need us to remind you of the profound impact of witnessing nearly 100 artists in our city coming together in this massive creative undertaking. NAC was a “soul-balm” after years of chaos, division and grief, as one attendee described it. It was “timely,” “cathartic,” “powerful,” “resuscitating.” Serving as a collective battle cry against our modern doomsday narratives, its message of resilience, community and hope has lived on *onlyyy* in those who experienced NAC live. That is, UNTIL NOW… THIS IS THE RETURN OF NOT ANOTHER CONSPIRACY 💫 Many exciting details to come. • • • NAC LIVE (‘23) PHOTOGRAPHERS: @titolikescats @trustinvisionaries @amydiddat @kylebuthod @badshooting #houston #houstonartists #artcollective #posthouston

Tonight we gathered in the backyard under string lights that flickered like tiny stars. I loved creating the perfect table complete with a candlelight, and flowers for to accompany a lovely catered dinner to celebrate an amazing human! Happy Birthday, Kyle!! We stayed out long after the sun disappeared, wrapped in blankets, watching the fire dance while the conversations and laughter roared. These are the nights that remind me: Life isn’t measured in grand moments or perfect Instagram feeds. It’s measured in moments like this—in community with people you love right there, plates empty, hearts full, and the world feels exactly right. Grateful beyond words for friends who turn an ordinary Sunday into something unforgettable. #BackyardNights #FriendsWhoFeelLikeHome #SimpleJoy #cherishthesemoments #goodlife
