Wake your hips up after binge watching all weekend!

Arms are locked out up above to bring some core stability into the picture. Tuck your ribs, no flaring!

This isn’t a race either; make each rep intentional. If toe tap is too easy, try switching to dorsiflexion taps 😈

How many reps before you start to feel it? 👁

🗣️ Calling all those who can’t seem to shake ankle injuries 🚨

The missing link may be hip strength. Shuffle these into your rehab & let me know if you see a change 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

I don’t have to do this, I GET to!
This is what good work, good people, and good vibes looks like. 🙏🏼

Need to show your thoracic region some love? Give this one a try!

Seated position, hands intertwined behind your head. Slightly higher box, so hips rest just above knees & lock out the lumbar area.

Keep elbows tucked & extend back, bringing the chest upwards. If you want to turn it up a notch, try this on a foam roller. New. Level. Activated.

This is the good stuff right here. Knock out 5-10 reps & tell me you don’t feel better 😌

Take your glute bridge up a notch today.

Strong push through heel & mid-foot. Once you lock in that single leg glute bridge, add in abduction.

This exercise challenges the hips from multiple angles. Don’t leave gains for yourself on the table!
