More than 5% of all ChatGPT messages across the globe are about healthcare, with more than 300 million people turning to ChatGPT for health-related advice each week.

Patients are pasting raw lab results into ChatGPT before their follow-up appointment is even booked.

At the same time, health systems are evaluating AI in clinical workflows and triage.

It’s important to acknowledge that adoption is moving much faster than the guardrails around it, and the clinical reality is complex.

AI can help you organize symptoms and walk into appointments far better prepared, but it also operates without the diagnostic instinct, nuance, and longitudinal context that only human clinicians and coaches provide.

Our next community event will examine that tension, and give you the playbook for using these tools without sidelining the human expertise that guides real outcomes.

Over the course of an hour, Andy Bass (Chief AI Officer at Coya) and Fredric Reyelts, MD (Founder and Physician at MI Partner Health) will break down where algorithms excel, where they fall short, and how technology fits alongside human care.

We will cover:

• What the latest data actually shows about AI in healthcare
• Where human clinical judgment matters most
• The biggest clinical risks and gaps to watch
• How to use AI to ask sharper questions and arrive at appointments better informed
• Where your doctor, coach, and AI each fit across your care

Join us on October 22nd, at 12 PM (EST). Save your spot at the link in our bio 🔒

“The books you read shape how you think, and how you think shapes how you show up for your clients.”

Recently, we asked our coaches to share a book that changed how they train, think, or coach. These were their picks:

2. Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman — @Morten Mueller
3. Mastery by Robert Greene
4. Useful Not True by Derek Sivers
5. Flow by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi

7. The 5 Types of Wealth by Sahil Bloom

You can’t pour from an empty cup. 🛑

When you constantly put yourself last and live on "leftovers," burnout isn't just possible, it's inevitable. Taking care of your health, mindset, and personal energy isn't selfish; it’s what allows you to show up as a better partner, parent, coworker, and community member.

As Brad Stulberg put it, build an "identity house". Don't keep all your identity in a single room. 🏠✨

How do you make time for yourself amidst the daily hustle?

Men should be capable.
Strong enough to carry the load. Athletic enough to move when it matters. Resilient enough to keep going when things get uncomfortable. A capable man should be an asset when the people around him need him most.

Our training should create that capability. We call it training for a reason. Workouts are random assortment of exercise designed toward an outcome today, get sweaty and tired. Training is intentional and focused to create specific outcomes tomorrow.

Move fast. Move well. Move heavy things. Build the strength, athleticism, and resilience to handle whatever gets put in front of you.

Do it consistently, alongside men who expect something from themselves and from each other.

Saturday Training is just one place we practice it.

Raise the Standard.

1% for longevity.

Exercise can feel like another full-time job. Kyle Gonzalez makes a much smaller starting ask: carve out a little of your week and use it well.

Strength work, an aerobic base, and harder efforts you can recover from. The mix matters too.

Don’t follow health trends blindly.

Your health journey shouldn't be controlled by trends, influencers, or whatever is popular online.

The goal is to empower yourself with knowledge, ask better questions, and take control of your own health. 💪🧠
