There are homes, and then there are homes created through years of trust, friendship, and shared vision.

What started years ago as drawings and a floorplan of the kind of place I dreamed of living in became a fully realized home brought to life alongside an amazing friend turned development partner, and an incredible team of artisans, tradespeople, and collaborators I consider family.

Some of the people who created this home have been part of my life for over 15 years, and every detail reflects their care and talent behind it.

Watching this vision come to life has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. And now, it is time for someone else to live inside this dream - while we begin creating the next one.

He's It.
Designer @mtzipp credits his roots in the antiques mecca of Hudson, New York, with instilling a lifelong appreciation for pieces with a past. After working for @fordhuniford and @billycotton, Zipp launched his own firm in 2020; whether he’s designing a Miami Beach penthouse or his own Greek Revival in Upstate New York, the result always strikes a careful balance between form and function. “There is nothing more luxurious than walking into a home where every last detail has been considered,” he says.

Did you know the Margaux Sconce was inspired by draped curtains? The porcelain edges were delicately shaped by hands at the studio to mimic the organic shape of fabric. A fun play with shadow, light, and subtle contour.
