Did you know most of the people you see in this video had little to no experience when they started with us!? 💛🖤

We love moments where we get to look back on how far everyone has come, while also supporting our fam who are new to Muay Thai knowing they have that same exciting journey ahead of them 🥹👊

Throughout every class our coaches break down technique thoroughly so you understand the why behind every movement/combo. We pride ourselves on helping you build a strong foundation from the ground up 💛🖤

No matter your experience level there’s always something new to learn, refine and improve 👊✅

So when I’m not working.. @olympia_gym_brisbanecbd is where I’ve been spending the second part of my life getting bullied by @kyleolympia_ 😂

Nah but in all seriousness, deciding to take on Muay Thai this year has been one of the best things I’ve done to better my life as a whole and I gotta thank Olympia and all the coaches for making the environment so inviting and such a cool place to be.

Didn’t think I’d fall inlove with this sport as much as I have…. Keen to see my progress this time next year. 🫡

If you wanna scrap come down to Olympia… (I’m kidding don’t hurt me..)
