drink enough caffeine throughout the day to hear the gym’s electricity bill.
My pre-workout doesn’t need to add to the investigation. It needs to get me juicy.
That’s where RED DOT comes in. Zero caffeine, with L-citrulline for blood-flow and pump support, HydroPrime glycerol for hydration and muscle fullness, and a focus blend to help keep me locked into the workout instead of mentally attending my own funeral.[dietryin]
No extra caffeine. Just me chasing a pump big enough to disguise the fact that my entire personality is a coping mechanism.
Hat low. Unresolved issues high. Looking like the final boss of avoiding my feelings.
Die Tryin Co. — because the existential dread is permanent, but this pump deserves a picture.

Stop scrolling. Stop chasing the next version of yourself long enough to respect the one you had to become.

Four months ago, this was only a decision. A quiet promise made in the dark: no more excuses, no more waiting, no more negotiating with the habits that kept you the same.

The mirror shows muscle, leanness, and change.

It does not show the hunger. The isolation. The training when your mind was tired. The meals repeated when nobody was watching. The moments you wanted comfort but chose the work instead.

This body was not built by motivation.

It was built through discipline, repetition, and a refusal to go back to who you were.

Respect the progress. Stay humble. Stay hungry.

The work is not over.

I remember I was in San Francisco in 2012-2013 when the tech industry was just starting to boom and I heard the term “remote work”. Being able to make money and work somewhere outside of your work place? I thought it was the coolest thing. I remember telling myself that I was going to do that some day. I also remembered a saying “Passion first and rest will follow.” It really stuck with me.

Fast forward, I sent my first online workout plan in 2015 and never looked back. I built my website. I had an app built. I did a lot of shit for free or for extremely cheap (still do) for a long time. And before any of that, I personal trained people in-person and continued to do so for 12 years.

Now, I make a living working full-time as an online coach writing training and nutrition programs, blood work reviews, functional movement patterns and training video checks, I consult and mentor people about health, PED’s, bodybuilding posing. I’ve worked with professional athletes, models, CEO’s, authors, etc… I work at my pace. When I want. Where I want. I work on a referral only basis. I don’t market myself. No need to. I’m the guy that other coaches and trainers hit up when they get stuck either for themselves or for their clients..

However, I became a workaholic… Working 2-3 jobs at a time fueling my passion to help people. Sometimes I work 100hrs a week. I don’t need to, but I want to. I love the hustle. I love the grind. I’m fucking proud of myself for it. You’ll never catch me being a lazy person. That’s not in my nature.

Anywhere with my phone, I can get work done. (I like having my iPad, notebook and a coffee too though).

It’s a trip. A goal that I made for myself 14 years ago, I achieved it. I believed in myself. Built a business. A really successful one (Successful to me at least) and I’m damn proud of it. It’s a challenge. It’s forever changing and I have a lot of streamlining to do to be more efficient, but I still get shit done and I’m good at what I do.

I’m grateful for this life, the opportunities and the people who trust me and believe in me. Thank you guys for helping me build @kylepanelacoaching and turning me into Nonstop Kylie.

WHAT A SHOW. 🏆

No overall. No excuses. No regrets.

We came. We saw. We conquered—and we left with unfinished business.

But the real win was sharing that stage with the love of my life and continuing this journey together. No trophy could ever match that ~ ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us. The fire is still burning.

We’ll be back. And next time, we’re coming for it all. 🔥

42 came and went.

It’s wild to look back at who I was and see the distance I’ve covered—not just physically, but mentally. I still have a long way to go. I may never feel fully satisfied, and maybe that hunger is part of what keeps me moving forward.

But ambition shouldn’t make you blind to your progress. Sometimes you have to pause, look back, and give yourself credit for the person you fought to become.

I’m also deeply grateful for everyone who has been in my corner—the people who believed in me, challenged me, supported me, and stayed present through every high and low. None of this journey is ever truly done alone.

This lifestyle comes with wins, setbacks, sacrifices, and lessons. There may be a goal, a date, or a finish line in sight—but the truth is, it never really ends. It’s a lifelong journey of self-discovery, discipline, and becoming better than you were yesterday.

Stay hungry. Stay disciplined. But never forget to appreciate the victories—and the people who helped you earn them—along the way.

Collecting more golds with my boy @ryymaxx 🥇

There’s too many good things to say about working with Ryan. One of the many points I’ll highlight is that this MF does not miss. He’s one of the most organized people that I’ve ever worked with. When someone mentions “no stones left unturned”, he is the definition of it. Someone who holds the highest standards for themselves and executes the plan with insane precision is tough to find. Ryan has been the consistent leading example of exactly that.

Today we showed up 10lbs heavier on stage from last year. We absolutely nailed the peak perfectly and secured another 1st place win in the novice category. We landed 3rd in open today in probably the biggest and most competitive show in Southern California.

With that being said, we already have plans improve. His off season progress last year was one of the best I’ve ever seen. I have no doubt that we will do it again.

I’m happy, I’m proud, I’m honored to work with someone like Ryan. 🏆

Up 3ish lbs since we started back up last month. Food is up, steps are down and we are still maintaining a lean physique. We have a longggg way to go! I’m here for it though. I’d like to be up another 7-10lbs before assessing what direction to take this physique. I know for a fact I’d like to bring up the arms and touch legs at least 2x weekly.

I’m planning on starting a new training split next week when I get back in town. I’m in the process of building it right now, but I think it will be a bit more tailored to my goals.

Here’s what I’m thinking:
D1. Quads/arms
D2. Upper pull
D3. Hams/arms
D4. Upper push
D5. Accessories/touch ups (usually don’t get to train 5x weekly)

I’m really happy with what we brought today to a VERY impressive and competitive show. In fact, today was probably the most competitive men’s physique division I think I’ve ever seen.

No pro cards won today, but what an honor to be able to be able to travel across the the other side of the country and get to share the stage with some of the best physiques in the country. At this level, a lot of it comes down to what the judges like that day, because all the athletes come correct and looking like pros.

We’ve won multiple overall titles at the regional level and have been encouraged by multiple judges and multiple times to compete at the national level because we are ready to take that step. Today just wasn’t that day.

Regardless, we improve and overcome. We move forward and grow. I couldn’t be more proud of what my guys did today as well as who they are as humans.

We’ll be back. 🏆

Last week I won my 6th Overall title as a coach with @physiqueinc 🏆

I’m grateful for the opportunity to help such dedicated people chase after their goals and I feel absolutely blessed to work with some amazing people.

@victor_flex_fong and I are already dialing in even more for NPC Universe in a few weeks where we will be taking a shot at getting him his pro card. I’m excited for this one. I think we got it. 🏆
