On National Coaches Day, thank you to every coach who has invested time in me—at practice, in my corner, and beyond wrestling.

Thank you for pushing me, being honest with me, believing in me, and showing up. To all my coaches, past and present—including those not pictured—I’m grateful for everything you’ve taught me. This is just a glimpse of some of the special coaches/mentors who have been by my side this year (and beyond). Apologies for not being able to tag everybody.

Thank you, @usawrestling, for the recognition and the @the_rudis “Future Olympian” singlet. Grateful to my @pausaw_ coaches and teammates, and my family, for your support.

What a week (or so…) in Fargo! Not enough pics taken but definitely so good to see so many friends and wrestling family! I am so blessed to get to do what I do with the people I get to do it with!! Many laughs were had and many cookies were eaten!

Special Weekend in Fargo at USAW Freestyle Nationals 🛑 Grit crowned its FIRST Freestyle National Champion with Brayden Wenrich at JR 120. All-Americans Caleb Kosko finished 3rd at 16U 144 and Mike Nicosia finished 8th at 16U 94.

Year after year we are reminded why Fargo is the toughest tournament of the year for our crew. This tournament demands so much of its athletes and coaches. Long travel days, late weight cuts, brutal competition but moments like this validate why we put so much time into preparing for this event. This is event is truly the best of the best. Freestyle, Greco and the whole Fargo process helps our athletes of all ages jump levels each spring and summer.

Thank you to @pausaw_for taking care of our athletes and allowing us to rep our great state as wrestlers and coaches! Special Shoutout to Pat Santoro, Jaret Lane and Vincenzo Joseph for helping us coach all weekend as well!

Had a fun couple of weeks wrestling for Team PA at the Cadet (16U) and Junior (18U) Duals! So great being surrounded by high caliber coaches, teammates, and competitors. Thank you to everyone who has supported me through these experiences.

20-0 individual record between both competitions…along with 3 National Championships and 1 runner up as a team.
