Well, where do I even begin? ❤️🪩 A NIGHT TO REMEMBER… and one I will NEVER forget. At the beginning of this year, I set myself a little challenge. I wanted to learn to DJ. Something completely new, something that scared me a little, but something I’d always fancied having a go at. And on Saturday 3rd October, that little dream became a reality. But what made it so incredibly special wasn’t just getting behind those decks. It was YOU ❤️ Every single person who bought a ticket, travelled to be there, danced their socks off, laughed, hugged, sang and helped create the most incredible atmosphere. I honestly cannot thank you enough. And then there’s the part that really gets me… Together, we raised £5,546.11 in the end for @alzheimersresearchuk 🧡 A cause that means so very much to me personally, having lost my lovely dad to Alzheimer’s. Knowing that a room full of people coming together to have a bloody good time could also make such a meaningful difference is something I’ll not only carry with me for a very long time something that I’ll do again and again. Dad would have loved it. ❤️ To everyone who helped bring this night to life, @author_kittydb and @kyras.time our fabulous DJs, the team at @acanteen , Vanessa for her crochet keepsakes, everyone who supported, donated and gave their time, thank you from the bottom of my heart 🥲♥️ And to this wonderful community, you constantly remind me why I love doing what I do. Life is about making memories, trying new things, finding joy and happiness and of course bringing people together. At 55, I’ve discovered a whole new passion. Who’d have thought it? 😂 And this was only the beginning…. The next Rant & Disco Pants is coming in February 2027! 🪩 So here’s to more dancing, more memories, more friendships and more doing the things we once thought we couldn’t. You’re never too old to start something new. And you’re never too old to have the time of your bloody life. Thank you for making my little dream something so much bigger than I ever imagined. From an empty space to the finished event, you get to see the chaos, the stress and that very satisfying moment when it all comes together ❤️ Then it’s back home to Dublin to spoil Paul for his very belated birthday with a surprise dinner with friends, followed by a wholesome little day date involving Practical Magic, witches, wine and us inevitably getting drunk 😂 Big work moments, husband points, witches and wine. Don’t think I’ll be coming back down to earth anytime soon after today. @23theagency just executed our first ever UK campaign for a global brand with @maccosmeticsuki and seeing it all come to life in London was pretty special. From the first creative calls to watching @dojacat circle London on a MAC bus while live on TikTok Shop, every part of this campaign felt surreal to watch unfold in real time. So much work went into this behind the scenes and I’m beyond proud of the team that made it happen. Big thank you to MAC Cosmetics for trusting us with it.
