I’m still taking it all in. From Breakthrough to the Bank Brunch was remarkable. Seeing a room full of women share their stories, celebrate their growth, and believe in themselves made me so proud. What you saw that day took months of hard work, prayer, planning, and people showing up when I needed them. I’m grateful to God for carrying me through every part of it. Driven by Wellness. 🏁🧘🏾‍♂️ A look back at an incredible experience at Aston Martin & Bentley of Washington. The purpose behind this series has always been bigger than the location. DC showed OUT. 🖤💪🏾 Still taking in everything that was @EbonyFitWeekend in Washington, D.C. From having the opportunity to go on FOX 5 DC and WPGC 95.5 to help promote the weekend, to stepping on the mat and teaching Trap Yoga, this experience was bigger than fitness. As someone who is based in D.C. and has built so much of my work in this city, it was powerful seeing Black fitness professionals, wellness leaders, entrepreneurs and community come from across the country and fill the city with this kind of energy. Black wellness was CENTER STAGE. ✊🏾 Fitness. Culture. Connection. Community. Celebration. Driven by Wellness at Aston Martin. Last month, I had the opportunity to collaborate with Britt Dupree Daniels on an immersive wellness experience bringing together breathwork, yoga, sound, botanical cuisine, and intentional connection inside a luxury automotive showroom. I facilitated the sound bath meditation, while Gingerbēet curated elevated plant-based hors d’oeuvres and pours from our zero-proof Elevated Elixirs line. Britt led the experience through breathwork and yoga, co-facilitated by Crystal Carson, and the day concluded with a Wellness + Wealth panel. And yes — those hors d’oeuvres disappeared almost as quickly as we put them out. Health is wealth, and this room proved it. ✨ I stepped into this space and it was pure elevation. Sound bowls next to a Bentley, floor to ceiling windows pouring in light. Wellness never looked this luxe.
