Wins come a little bit sweeter when you have your support system by your side!

Allie, I can’t express enough how much your support and friendship means to me. I love you to the moon & back.

And to have former players excited to come back always makes me feel so special and Lauren Short is a good one.

One last lunch with our Lauren Short before she heads back to college. It’s always so special when they come back.

It always warms my heart when they come back.

When they do, I am reminded that I have the best job in the world.

I get to impact peoples lives every single day.

It’a not for the faint of heart. It’s hard, some days very hard.

But when they text when they are in town, or express how much they appreciated the hard talks. It humbles me and encouraged me because:

They want the structure
They want the consistency
They want to be challenged
They want to the firm
They want the fair
They want the hard conversations
They want the culture

So…
I will continue to Empower and hold each one of my athletes to the highest version of themselves.

With me, it will always be 1% Better Everyday

She had a fan club and she deserves it!!!
