Danke Hamburg 🤍

One weekend at Studio Lab, and the same magic every time:
bodies daring to try, lots of laughter, first times upside down, and so much trust.

Thank you to each and every one of you for your energy, your openness and your courage.
And a big thank you to the whole studio team for having us.

See you very soon.

👉 Comment « CPY » to get my upcoming dates (retreat, trainings, Villa La Tosca).

been back teaching for two weeks now and honestly, my heart is so full 🤍

Coming back to such a warm room and students so ready to dive back into Ashtanga… that’s everything.

Sharing a practice that comes from home with so many people so far away 🌻 Becoming a yoga teacher was never the plan growing up, but here I am, loving every bit of it.

Thank you for letting me be a small part of your journey. 🙏

Beautiful space @labcollective.hh

THE ART OF TOUCH. THE POWER OF CONNECTION. 🤲✨

HAMBURG, I’M COMING BACK! 🇩🇪

This weekend, October 17–19, I’ll be teaching a 30-HOUR HANDS-ON ASSIST TRAINING at @studiolab.hamburg.

And I couldn’t be more excited!

A great hands-on assist is so much more than adjusting a posture.

It’s about listening through your hands.
Understanding the body beyond its shape.
Creating trust, confidence, and space for transformation.

It’s not about pushing someone deeper. It’s about helping them discover what’s possible.

Over three immersive days, we’ll explore the art of intelligent, functional, and intuitive touch through the Change Perspective Yoga methodology.

✨ Refine your understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
✨ Learn to adapt your assists to different bodies and individual needs.
✨ Develop confidence, sensitivity, and precision in your touch.
✨ Explore how to support rather than impose.
✨ Elevate your teaching through meaningful human connection.

Hamburg holds a very special place in my heart. I lived here many years ago, when I was performing in Sister Act – Das Musical, at a time when yoga was already becoming an important part of my personal journey.

Coming back to share what I’ve learned over all these years feels incredibly meaningful.

Whether you’re an experienced teacher or looking to deepen your understanding of the practice, this training is an invitation to see, feel, and teach differently.

Hamburg, I’m coming back. 🖤

In 2010 I lived here, performing in Sister Act. Yoga was already part of my life, but I had no idea how deeply it would transform me.

In 2016 I came back to teach yoga
10 years later, I’m returning with something very special.

✦ 30H Hands-On Assist Training
✦ Oct 17–19 (Sat–Mon) · Studio Lab, Hamburg-Winterhude
✦ Yoga practice · anatomy · intelligent adjustments · conscious touch · Thai massage

A great assist isn’t about forcing someone into a posture. It’s about listening through your hands, creating trust and opening new possibilities.

For new and experienced yoga teachers. Link in bio, or DM me and I’ll send you all the details.

Intuitive Release - Winter Special 🤍

Why do we hold on to what we have to let go of?

A question to carry into the changing season. Nature reminds us that letting go is part of the cycle. We don’t always have to carry everything with us into the next chapter.

Intuitive Release is an invitation to slow down, move inward and create space for whatever is ready to soften and be released.

We’ll begin with an intuitive movement flow, a somatic practice allowing the body to guide you rather than following a fixed structure. From there, we’ll gradually move into a deeply grounding Yin practice focused on hip opening - creating space to release tension, emotions and whatever we may have been holding onto.

A space to move, feel, breathe and simply be.
A practice of feeling rather than fixing.
Of releasing rather than holding.
