Black Americans are paying taxes for their own demise. We are better off in our own homogeneous systems and networks. We are beyond voting. The “Black” Caucus hasn’t produced one tangible since its incarnation on behalf of Freedmen. Our goal is to file a class action in CA by the end of the year and a federal case in the next two.

In the meantime we want to build new homogenous towns in their own jurisdictions. We are scouting for leads/accepting leads for abandoned towns and lands that can sustain a new town.

If you want to get involved please click the links in our bio to read our draft class action complete and donate if you can. Black Americans do not have representation at any level of govt.

Today’s Urban League of Louisiana 2026 Empowerment & Policy Conference and Annual Gala, themed “The Declaration: Equity, Innovation & Black Futures,” was living proof of the impact we make every single day alongside our partners, advocates, and communities across Louisiana.

From confronting Louisiana’s persistent disparities in health, education, and economic opportunity to examining the racial wealth gap, Black business ownership, generational wealth, civil rights, democracy, and the power of storytelling, today’s conversations challenged us to move beyond discussion and toward meaningful action.

We brought together some of the nation’s leading voices in law, government, business, advocacy, and community leadership to confront the systems shaping our future and declare what comes next.

Because the future of Louisiana isn’t just something we discuss. It’s something we have a responsibility to build together.

Thank you to every panelist, partner, sponsor, and attendee who helped make today’s conference an impactful experience!

And we’re not done yet! Join us tomorrow night, Thursday, October 15, as we close out this powerful gathering with our 2026 Annual Gala, celebrating leadership, progress, and the people moving Louisiana forward.

Lousiana has so many beautiful black souls in the midterms it takes two videos.

VOTE — NOVEMBER 3, 2026

Let's vote Blue & Black

These are the Black candidates running in your state that we were able to verify for the November 3, 2026 General Election.

A note about our list:

If a Black candidate is missing, it may be because we could not independently verify how that candidate self-identifies through a reliable biography, campaign statement, interview, official source, or other credible documentation

We do not identify someone as Black based solely on their name or photograph. Accuracy and respect for how candidates identify themselves matter.
There may also be late ballot changes, withdrawals, replacements, or local candidates whose information is not readily available online.

🇺🇸 Your vote is your voice.
✅ Check your registration
✅ Research the candidates on your ballot
✅ Make a voting plan
✅ Vote on Tuesday, November 3, 2026

And please share these posts so voters in every state can learn who is running.

Louisiana, let’s get ready to make our voices heard!

This Saturday, September 26, the Louisiana Mandate Day of Action will bring communities together across the state to talk about the issues that matter to our families: affordable housing and groceries, good jobs, quality schools, sate neighborhoods, and opportunities to build a better future.

Start with someone you know. Help a friend or neighbor check their voter registration, learn when and how to vote, and make a plan for November 3.

September 26 is our Day of Action. November 3 is our day to be heard. Register. Make a plan. Vote.

We cannot claim to live in a post-racial society while applying different standards of justice depending on who is involved.

I was honored to be the keynote speaker at the Lake Charles NAACP Freedom Fund Gala, where I spoke about the death of Nolan Wells, the persistence of racial double standards, and why organizations like the NAACP remain necessary in 2026.

Everyone has a position to play. Get off the sidelines. Get in the game.
