ONE YEAR, 24 SHOPS, and a whole night dedicated to ALL my favorite things! 🎀🥹💗 I still can’t believe we’re celebrating one year of House of AD & Rose, and I couldn’t think of a better way to do it than bringing together some of my favorite shops and friends for a night of fabulous finds! Jessica and I have been planning this for months, and I am SO excited for you to see what everyone is bringing! It’s the most wonderful time of the year! 🐴 10/24: Kick off Cowgirl Season with a sip & shop party at the Sugarcoat Home Warehouse from 11-3! So excited to host a custom cowboy hat pop up from @13gen.byflorapeery! We have been saving some fabulous vintage & antique home goods just for this! 10/12-31: Round Top Fall Antique Show! We will be there from 10/26-10/30 so we don’t miss the Fried Chicken Formal @zapphall and Tuesday morning opening @marburgerfarm! 11/6-7 Shop the Stables! This is the second year of this gorgeous exclusive pop up event by @mksdesigns, once again welcoming a very special group of brands from across the country. POV: you had a plate wall idea and accidentally became a china collector. One plate somehow turned into cabinets full of china, stacks of transferware, crystal everywhere, and constantly rearranging shelves to make room for “just one more piece.” What started as simply loving beautiful old things slowly became this little business and creative outlet that has grown more than I ever expected — all while balancing a full-time job and real life in between. One of the best parts of this journey has been the people it’s brought into my life. My sweet friend Carolina filmed this for me, but she’s also one of the people constantly encouraging me to step outside my comfort zone, keep showing up, and continue growing Twisted Vintage. I’ll never stop being grateful for friendships like that. This business has not only brought me incredible friendships, but it’s also created a space where people who love beautiful old things can come together, share stories, pour a glass of wine, talk antiques and life, and simply enjoy the beauty that surrounds them. That sense of community is what makes this world so special to me.
