Christianity cannot simply mean looking righteous on Sunday while spending the rest of the week protecting darkness & injustice

God has blessed me with the most amazing community and group of friends to do life with — friends that are selfless, kind, encouraging, full of joy, led by the spirit, bold, humble, leaders, and absolutely in love with Jesus 🕊️

in less than 2 weeks I head back to my hometown for 5 (ish) months dedicated to discipleship and seeking the Lord at @sdministryschool — somewhere that holds such a special place in my heart — and they surprised me with the sweetest see ya later celebration 🥲

now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we could ask, dream or imagine!!! 🩷🕊️🫶🌸💕

Today’s memory came from a Disney World After Dark event with two of her best friends. @laceyuhre Thank you!

Lower crowds. Later nights.
The castle glowing.
Laughing like you’re 16.

Disney isn’t just about rides, it’s about who you’re standing next to when the fireworks go off.

+100 steps added for friendship magic 👟✨

Keep sending memories. I’m walking every single one.

Flavoring culture with Christ 🤌🔥

“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet.” - Matthew 5:13

Today was an emotional day with family and friends saying goodbye to this sweet soul. As her husband said, it was such a gift to know her and have her love. I trained for a half marathon with her and we raised littles together. I will forever remember our long runs and hikes with sharing our love of nature with our kids. Gone way too soon, but never forgotten . @jasondballard @jballrd

Barry’s 3 year Anniversary!!!

I couldn’t think how much time flown by so fast from digital to red room… starting in Houston with @thomas_belliston then calling Austin home. Later visited Philly, then last year went to Dallas to visit my last Barry’s Texas studio then flew back to Philly and hopped on a short train trip to Chelsea studio to do my 400th class!

I can’t believe as I type this that Friday is my 500th class. I was WAIT? 500? So soon and so fast!!!

Note to everyone… though after 2/15/2020 I didn’t get to do Barry’s during the time of pandemic. It wasn’t until 3/20/2021 when Barry’s Austin opened up its pop up location and also that was when I was starting to do hybrid classes (digital and red room). Today I continue to do both. The Studio serves a purpose to connect with fellow fitfam and celebrate milestones, challenges, birthday and once a month studios visit.

I closed out 2021 photographing a family very dear to me, a reminder of all of the love and connectedness I got to witness this year. Leaving 2021 grateful ✨
