Meet BumpBuddy 💜

Dre didn't know who to call about breastfeeding help. His BumpBuddy did. "Bro, you don't have to know it all. That's what the village is for." Now Sofia has a Spanish-speaking virtual lactation consultant and is feeling confident.

Providers, families like Dre and Sofia are looking for care in their language, in their area. Make sure BumpBuddy can find you.

The human body is incredible, mothers are incredible and breastfeeding is incredible. There is nothing in the world that can do the same thing as breastmilk.

Did you these facts about breastmilk? I personally am not experiencing the burning fat and baby weight coming right off from breastfeeding 😅 but the way it’s made is pretty cool!

I am a huge believer that fed is best. I learned so much about supplementing and formula feeding with my son and now as I go through my breastfeeding journey, I learn more and more about myself and my body! Share this with another mama to share how incredible she is ♥️

Whether you breastfeed, formula, use donor milk or supplement, let me make you keepsake jewelry to remember your journey forever! ♥️

August is National Breastfeeding Month. This month we highlight the unity and solidarity of advancing breastfeeding support. Let move Forward Together.

For the first week in national breastfeeding month, the theme is prioritizing breastfeeding.
With so much negativity in the world surrounding breastfeeding, it is important to create a sustainable support system that focuses on building lasting support for breastfeeding mothers.

I've heard so many horror stories about mamas who feel so alone, jobs not giving the right support according to federal law, partners not being for them. After pregnancy, friends and family not supporting their breastfeeding decisions. It is hard enough to carry a baby for 9 months, some ending up in the NICU, been going home to not only care for yourself, but also another human being. Both of whom are healing and learning life together as a new chapter begins. Let's not only share our love and support for each other as moms, but also talk to those who are your loved ones about your feelings. Mental support during these times is so important.

If you are a breastfeeding mom, past, currently, or planning to feel free to share your stories below. If you know someone currently breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed make sure that you are their support system. Everyone thinks that the other person is going to be the support system, but more often than none. Everyone passes that torch onto somebody else and nobody takes the torch. Check on your breastfeeding friends, family, or even if you see a breastfeeding mom in public. Just let her know that she's doing a great job. Sometimes all it takes is a smile or three words of encouragement.

Together, ESPECIALLY during this month, let's celebrate together and normalize breastfeeding and show our support and love where it's needed most.

Please SHARE, TAG, & COMMENT to show your support.

This right here is what I’ll never forget
Those little eyes. That smile and giggle mid-feed.
You think they don’t know how much you’re giving...
But maybe, just maybe-they do.
And in their own way, they’re saying: I see you, Mama.
Hold on to this moment.

19 months of breastfeeding Lily girl and there is still days I miss it. Just me and her in the rocking chair.
The white noise. Her little breaths. My warm body next to hers.
I miss it.

The exhaustion of waking up 2-3 times a night was so real.
The moments I felt like I had nothing left to give and then this sweet milky/mid-feed smile that says “I see you Mama and I love you” This moment… every hard day, tear and sacrifice was all worth it. And I would do it all again.
I’ll never forget this kind of love.

No matter what your breastfeeding journey looked like. Mama you are amazing. The tired nights come to an end and you will sleep again maybe 🤪🥹🤟🏽

Milk (clearly) does a body good 😋🥵

And RELAX, this is a joke yall. I don’t actually make him drink it. He’s been waiting for this for 9 long months. Soon he’ll be drinking straight from the tap 🤪

Keeping those debilitating man colds away 1 shot of liquid gold at a time 🫡🥛⭐️

Has your man ever tried your breastmilk??
