Hey y’all😊, My name is Lacy and I created this account to help motivate myself and possibly help motivate others to work toward a healthy lifestyle and healing✨. This is not going to be a page that’s strictly about weight loss, fad diets, and exercises/practices that only really work for neurotypical people or people who have had the privilege to get enough help to have an easier time succeeding. I admit that I myself am close to being one of the latter, but I still have rough days and poor habits a lot of the time (healing isn’t linear). My main focuses for this self-created project are physical health, mental health, s*xual health, spiritual health, and financial balance. Some of my main personal struggles with all this are working through trauma and understanding how to navigate a healthier lifestyle with my mental health ailments and traits, I am currently having a hard time quitting vaping-so that is another goal of mine, and I have a tendency to be very impulsive which impacts my success and progress from time to time. If you are following this account for advice and motivation for your own life, please be aware that we have had different experiences that impact our journeys, so what works for me is not the answer for everyone, but some things may also work for you. So, with that, welcome to my own journey of healing and progress. Can’t wait to see where this goes 🤩 #healing #love #selflove #meditation #selfcare #mentalhealth #health #mindfulness #wellness #spirituality #motivation #spiritual #yoga #life #inspiration #energy #peace #happiness #spiritualawakening #crystals #loveyourself #nature #positivevibes #quotes #positivity #healthylifestyle #reiki #mentalhealthawareness #consciousness #gratitude

Hey y’all, I’m Lacy💕 (she/they), and I’ve been a Fellow with LIT 🔥 since January 2021! I’m a fourth year student at UWGB 💚 and my major is Democracy & Justice Studies 📜 with an emphasis in Women & Gender Studies! I previously worked alongside LIT on the Dare to Divest Campaign 🚫👮‍♀️🚫 with an organization called VoteMob.

I also work for Good Times Programming 🧡💙💚 on campus and I’m the president of Memes for UWGB 🥸. Some of my interests include spending time with my friends when I can, taking photos 📸, cooking new dishes🍽, and learning more about how I can be a better activist ✊🏽! My personal Insta is @lacy.ross if you’d like to get to know me further!✨✨✨

Would be wrong if I didn’t dedicate a final post to my home girls! Shoutout to these girls right here, arguably one of the reasons that makes GB the great school that it is, for me it’s the memories that I’ve made with them. Grateful for all the events, hangouts, trips and moments spent together! They say the friends you meet in college are for life - and they are absolutely right!!

Advice: Find friends that push and support you to be the best version of yourself that you can be, those are the keepers! Friend groups from all different backgrounds open up your eyes to the world in a whole new perspective! ❤️

THANK YOU SO MUCH to all for following along with me this week and seeing what I do, thank you to all that interacted and sent love, it truly means a lot! I love the Phoenix Family, truly one a kind!! 💚 Feel free to give me a follow if ya haven’t already to keep up with all things @swaggyjp15 😉

Voted absentee about a month ago, and spent all day yesterday supporting voters with snacks and tripling voting efforts with a wonderful youth and student volunteer crew!! I’m so grateful for this group and incredibly proud of the work we accomplished yesterday!!! 🥰💞 #ivotedearly #2020election
