If you met Jack in one of our last reels, here’s a little more of what he’s been working toward 💙

All that practice paid off at the Summit DanceSport Championship, where Jack took 1st in all his single dances, won the Junior 2 Smooth and Rhythm Multi-Dances, became the J2 6-Dance Champion, and won both of his Scholarship Events✨🏆

From practice to competition, it’s pretty special watching all that hard work come together on the dance floor. So proud of you, Jack 👏🏼

Things are definitely “filling up quick”—mostly with renovation debris. 😂 Transforming the Sanctuary has been an absolute wild ride. We are so excited to stop moonlighting as construction workers! Between getting this space ready and still teaching our full schedule, we are exhausted—but it is all going to be worth it.

The Sanctuary is officially opening its doors for our soft opening next week! We can’t wait to trade these work boots back in for our dance shoes full time. Will we see you on the floor? 👇 #softopeningsoon #ballroomstudio #neurodiversesupport #sweatequity💦 #inclusiveballroomdance

No floor, no problem! 💃🕺
…Okay, just kidding. We definitely need a floor.

As you can see, the new Bel-Red space is coming along, but we are missing one crucial piece: a specialized sprung wood dance floor. To make this space safe and fully accessible for the Adaptive Dance Sanctuary Foundation, we need your help.

Purchase a plank today and become a permanent part of our foundation’s new home!

We work hard. We dance hard. 🤠💃 Last Friday, the Little Bit team traded the arena for the dance floor (okay, the parking lot 😉) for a little line dancing at our All-Staff Summer Get-Together!

A huge thank you to Megan and Alan of @lafleurdance for teaching us the moves, and to our fearless leader, Paula Del Giudice, for showing us how it’s done and somehow getting ALMOST everyone out there dancing!

We’re grateful for this crew and for opportunities to spend time together outside of the everyday hustle of the barn. ❤️

We want to extend our deepest thank you to all of the incredible women who joined us at the Ladies Tea Social.

Putting this video together was truly emotional I found myself overwhelmed with gratitude and joy, simply watching the smiles, the laughter, and the beautiful energy that filled the room.

Thank you for traveling from near and far, for showing up in theme, and for embodying the elegance, confidence, and presence of the queens you are.

From all of us at Opulent Events Seattle, we are so grateful not only to our attendees, but to our amazing sponsors and the collective of women who came together to make our very first event so special.

We hope this video allows you to feel even a glimpse of the joy that was shared that day. And we can’t wait to welcome you back for the next one this summer.
