Our next Lagree Certification is coming up October 16–18, led by a Master Lagree Certified trainer from Lagree Headquarters.

GRWM to check out Lagree OC with me 🤍

This one is extra special because this is my girlfriend’s studio, and I could not be more proud of her.

Watching her dream become a reality and then getting to walk through those doors, take her classes, and actually FEEL myself getting stronger because of something she created… 🥹🤍

Her dream became a reality, and because of that reality, I feel stronger today.

That’s such a beautiful thing about supporting the women we love. We get to watch each other dream, build, grow, and become stronger along the way.

Moms supporting moms. Women supporting women. 🤍

I love you always, girl. So proud of you. 🥹

Now who’s coming to feel the burn with me?! 🔥@lagreeoc

First week was a huge success thanks to all of you and our beautiful boss lady @lagree_with_d😍
Lagree OC is more than a place to work out. It’s a community built on love, support, and showing up for yourself.

It’s a place where you can walk through the doors feeling supported, move your body with confidence, and leave feeling stronger than when you came in.

Every time we step onto the Mega, we train, we progress, and we evolve together.

I’m so excited to continue this journey with all of you, and I can’t wait to help each and every one of you feel confident, strong, and empowered in your bodies🥰

Come as you are, leave feeling stronger. ✨

Train. Progress. Evolve.

Not your average partner workout 🤭 Don’t try this at home lol. Lagree is all about slow, controlled, steady movement. Each and every time we step onto the Mega, we train with intention, we progress with control, and with every bit of progress, we evolve. 🔥 Train. Progress. Evolve. #lagreefitness #partnerworkout

This is a post to celebrate someone passionate about what they do. I’ve known @lagree_with_d (Deana) for along time. I did Pilates with her over 10 years ago! This month she opened her own studio @lagreeoc

✨ I remember her talking about this dream so many years ago! Proud to say I’m back to Pilates after 10 years😂. Lagree Pilates, high intensity and low impact. It’s challenging AND transformational.

After so many years of not doing a group fitness class, it is a welcome change.

Thank you Deana for this space and thank you for having the courage to follow your heart!

You are inspiring and making an impact in so many lives!
Let’s Go! 💪🔥💜
