Gloomy autumn days at Bernard Block. 🍂

Made for strolling, taking in the rhythm of downtown, and exploring the local businesses at The Block’s base. A little shopping at @lavenderrandgrace and @gallerystreetwearcanada_, something good from @kintonramen, @thebagelboyscafe or @blendbiteskelowna1, and maybe a class at @lagreekelowna.

Sounds like a pretty good fall day downtown, if you ask us.

Hurry! I’m opening up my content calendar to more Okanagan businesses, and I’d love to work with you. 🩷

If you’re in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Summerland, Peachland or anywhere in the Okanagan, let’s connect.

I’m looking to discover and feature businesses my audience actually wants to know about: wellness, Pilates, fitness, beauty, food, local experiences, family-friendly spots and unique Okanagan finds.

And bonus points for businesses creating inclusive experiences where every family feels welcome. As an autism mama, I love discovering places that think beyond the typical experience and make room for different ways of participating.

What I can create for your business:

✨ Short-form Reels designed to make people want to visit
✨ Lifestyle photos + video for your own socials
✨ Personality-led storytelling that feels authentic
✨ Story coverage + local exposure
✨ UGC-style content you can use in your marketing

I’m a local creator, mama, wellness girlie and professional experience tester, and I want to help more people discover the businesses making the Okanagan such a great place to live.

Okanagan businesses: my DMs are open. 👀

Paid collaborations + hosted experiences welcome.

Kids are back in class, which means it’s officially your time again, parents! 🖤

Grab that coffee for a morning boost, sit down for lunch on Bernard, or sneak in some solo shopping without anyone asking, “Are we done yet?” 😅

How are you spending your free time this week?☕ 🛍️

Yes, we know it’s September. And yes, we’re already talking holidays!

We’re making a list… and your business should probably be on it.

The JoeAnna’s House Winter Wonderland Wish List is back for 2026, and we’re looking for local businesses who want to have a little holiday fun while doing something pretty incredible for families in our community.

Last year, 18 local businesses came together to raise more than $76,000 for JoeAnna’s House, one coffee, meal, workout, purchase and creative idea at a time.

This year, we’re making the Wish List even bigger, and we want 20–25 local businesses along for the ride.

Come up with your own way to give back, and we’ll help bring it to life through the campaign, including a custom short-form video featuring your business, your personality and your Wish List offer.

Want your business on the list?
Send us a DM or email Carly.Reuter@interiorhealth.ca to learn more.

Holiday planning in September may be questionable. Getting on this list isn’t!
